Great performance, but comes with a bad con.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this computer for an early Christmas present, the first day i opened it and played it was honestly amazing. But the problem is it only lasted 1 hour of gameplay until it kept crashing. At times it restarts saying there was an error. All my games been crashing and i only get around 30 minutes - 1 hour gameplay i’m really disappointed i tried everything to fix this problem. So far nothing has been helping it honestly gives you great performance on games, i can not lie with that but the only problem is it keeps crashing i don’t know what to do anymore at this point, but just to get used to seeing it restart my computer at random times or just seeing my games crashing.

Not a good computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this computer for Christmas, it crashes whenever I get on YouTube or browse the web. This computer has been nothing but issues. Whenever I try to boot up this computer, I turn on the PC, the computer lights and fans turn on, but the mouse, keyboard, monitor, and headset don’t turn on. It takes around 20 minutes to turn it on. This computer has caused a lot of issues. Do not buy this

Straight HORRIBLE!

As with the other 1 star reviews, I’ve had almost identical problems, which was the crashing of the pc.. it was fine for the first couple of days then it went downhill. I couldn’t even get to the login screen without it powering down itself down. I tried to get it diagnosed at Best Buy but, they said it’ll be $200 just for them to look at it and repair it. Yeah, no thanks. I expect the price I’m paying for this pc to be quality but, it’s far from that. Thank you cyberpower pc for the frustration, and headache this has given me.

Good performance with DANGEROUS con
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The PC worked okay for a little while before it would randomly shut down in the middle of gaming, watching Youtube, Netflix, etc. I was not sure what the issue was, but after further inspection, I noticed that the CPU was pushing over 120 degrees Celsius. This was a crazy fire hazard. If left unattended for a period of time, it could have damaged other internal components and started a fire. Very upset and disappointed. I'm assuming it was alack of thermal paste on the CPU, but I cannot be sure.

This pc looked great, but it came damaged

And when the speed of the fan got to 60 it would crash the whole system, it overheats so fast, i try fixing the fans and was the same so i returned it

I am very disappointed
