Super easy set up. Runs quiet and fast. downloaded everything I needed within an hour (many games) Cant beat the price! Husband surprised me with this for my birthday, made me set it up by myself. Now, I am not great with setting things up, but it was really easy

So far so good. Actually, the computer has some nice features, and some not so nice, as only 4 stars. Best thing is the case is a custom built Lian Lee case similar to the PC-011-Dynamic which is the most popular case for gaming a couple years running. This is a PC-08-Dynamic. Has many upgrades you can do. Not so good, the mother board(Gigabyte B460M DS3H) is a non-over-clockable unit but has a i5-10400k series CPU in it! That makes no sense. Second bad thing, the BIOS isn't up-gradeable to the latest version. Your stuck withe the release BIOS. In their infinite wisdom the named the BIOS with a custom name that isn't compatible with flashing software, whether through BIOS update or Win10 utility software. So if you end up needing a later BIOS for compatibility, your stuck. The price is also pretty good, I prices out the parts on NewEgg, you almost cant DIY an equivalent system for the money, so cudo's to CyberPower for that. But overall, its a great system, and please with the performance. Solid 4star system for the price.

I'm incredibly pleased with this purchase! This is honestly one of the best prebuilt PC's you can find on the market for under a thousand dollars. It runs beautifully and arrived at my door 2 days earlier than expected! I will definitely be recommending Cyberpower products in the future :)

At long last, I have a new system, my first in several years, that not only satisfies my gaming needs but also productivity. The only think I needed to add was an HDMI cable, but otherwise, I have been able to run this big unit and play Final Fantasy XIV. The graphics card is capable of dishing out 60 fps presentation minimum with all the sliders set to maximum. This is a big game-changer for those who had to deal with fps lag, affecting their QoL. Also, the price point is a fair compromise. Recommended.

First time buying from this company and I couldn't be happier . This thing runs every game buttery smooth at blistering speeds. The setup was super easy. The pc came packaged incredibly well with nothing at all shifting in transit. The free light up keyboard and mouse was a fantastic surprise. All my friends are amazed when they see how cool this thing is and Super jealous when they see it running. I could not recommend this higher. Phenomenal purchase and a phenomenal price.5 stars.

It was delivered on time as what it said. The PC was great for the price. Very fast when booting up and easy to setup. I gave 5star for the total performance. Will update as soon as any issues will comes up.

I’ve been looking for a good pc for a long time and then I found this intel core i5 with a insane GTX 1660 super with 1TB which is better than anything I was looking for. It runs like fluid and is is very smooth and I get an insane amount of fps. If your gonna play fps games this will help you dominate your competitors and take your gameplay to another level. Best pc I’ve bought for sure. If your looking for a good pc that will last a long time this is your buy.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase at such a unbeatable price, runs every game I strain it with buttery smooth fps 100 or more on most triple, and I was able to run fortnite and warzone with med/high settings enabled and it felt amazing I was getting well over 60 fps and had/is having a great play through. But if you're also looking to stream I'd recommend 16gb or if you require more memory because you'll be performing tasks such as rendering large files or doing other memory intensive work, should consider going with 16gb or more. Other than that the Fan LEDs are sick and defiantly worth noting, as well as the overall design of the pc is very sleek with it's glass panes.

I am in love with this pc. It is so clean and runs so smoothly. All of my games are clear and play so smoothly. I haven’t had a single problem. I love playing my games on this pc.

This is definitely worth the price and everything. I use it to game and it runs my games so smoothly and easily. The set up was very easy and I really recommend it!!

Updated review. I’ve had this machine since December of 2020 and so far has been running smooth. I did have a bit of a hiccup with a broken mouse, but Cyberpower Pc did eventually replace it. The good: Everything came as advertised. The cable management was solid. It had a 600w 80plus gold power supply, which was decent since many prebuilds cheap on on the PSU. The 1660s graphics card was one recently manufactured and not one from 2019. I was fortunate with the parts they had for this one. Also no real bloat ware problem. The bad: The case is huge; this is good from an airflow standpoint but there’s no front airflow and very minimal airflow from the side. About 85%-90% of the airflow will come from the top of the case or the back. It came with one 8 gig stick of ram. This is not bad if you plan on upgrading to 16gb but if you planned to stick with 8 would have been better as two 4 sticks running dual channel. The intake fans on the side were positioned as exhaust which was making this run a bit hot (80C+) when light gaming. It was a simple fix spinning the fans, and now it stays in the low 60c for nearly all games with the exception of 1 which had it running 75 degrees Celsius. So temps I have zero complaints for an air cooled rig. Just wish that it came from Cyberpower this way and not all fans running as exhaust. Overall I’m very happy so far.

The store helped with everything and allowed for a super easy pick up with no hassle. The computer itself is outstanding. I am not a pro gamer but I am very happy with this computer. It is fast for what I need and is very quiet which I love. The only things I would change out are the keyboard and mouse that comes with it but they are not so bad either. I highly recommend.

I ordered a CyberPowerPC from BestBuy around Christmas time and I honestly could not have been more satisfied with my purchase. And even with this being my first Gaming PC getting it all set up was a lot easier than I had expected which was definitely nice. Also they did an incredible job on the cable management in the whole PC. Would definitely recommend this pc to anyone thats looking to get into PC gaming at a very reasonable price! i just got the pc in the mail and tbh i love it i havent had any problems with it yet everything is running smoothly i love that it came with a mouse and keyboard to start off with and it just runs so nice rn and with the one i got it came with a remote to change my pc fan colors i would highly recomend cyberpower pcs

CyberPowerPC and Bestbuy came through big time! I ordered a gamiing PC from iBuypower.com and it arrived broken due to them not screwing in the graphics card and not using insulation to support the card. This was the big Christmas present for my daughter and we were devastated. The worst part is they are not answering the phone nor replying to ticked. I had to file with the BBB in order to get to a resolution. I finally was able to order the CyberPowerPC which I should have from the start! CyberPowerPC arrived in 2 boxes that were full of bubble wrap insulating the inner box. Ibuypower ships in 1 box, no bubble wrap and just foam. CyberPowerPC used 2 screws to fasten the graphics card, Ibuypower used NONE. CyberPowerPC used expanding foam insulation to secure the graphics card, Ibuypower used NONE. This computer fired right up and was working 100% right out of the box! Accessories were well packaged! This computer is running COD Cold war at around 100+ frames!! Great value!

This PC is a great gaming PC for gaming and streaming. I can record high-quality gameplay at 60 fps without any lag or frame drops. I was surprised about the clean and open look of the PC. It's easy to swap out parts and clean. Overall it's a really great and cheap gaming pc.

I got this pc around a month ago and I am very pleased with my purchase... here is my honest review: I’ve seen a few people review the product and say they have had overheating issues, single fan gpu, poor quality and I haven’t had any of these issues... My gpu is a Gigabyte with 3 fans, the case fans haven’t caused any temp issues (under extreme testing) the case fans are actually the only issues I have personally had and it’s for a totally different reason... I haven’t heard anyone have this issue yet, but my case fans (one worse than the others) have been leaking oil/lubricant from the bearings.. this is not a major problem but I will definitely be replacing them in the future and I am currently in the process of contacting the support team about this. They haven’t been making any loud noises but I checked the case earlier today (just to look at the beautiful pc) and noticed a puddle of greasy looking liquid pooled up at the bottom of the rear fan. I cleaned it off and it’s working fine still. Other than that I’ve had no issues. Everything works fine, it runs every game I have with great FPS. Very quiet (even in intensive gaming.) cool RGB aswell. I will also say if you do not already have a keyboard and mouse the ones that ship with it are actually fairly good. Atleast usable.. Overall I would definitely recommend this pc for experienced gamers or brand new gamers. It’s more than enough to run most modern titles out there on good settings and definitely enough for games that I play (league of legends, CSGO, and even Cold War)
