Easy set up once got it powered on.

Internally all the cords looked plugged in but when we turned it on, only the lights were flashing, not the fan running. We internally unplugged the power cord then plugged back in and then powered the computer on with no issue and were able to go through the set up phase just fine. *note* if you see a zip tied cable that looks like it plugs into something, it doesn't, it must just be for if you expand something. (Mom of 6 who doesn't understand all this, but I still managed!)

Full reset along with wiping last data did nothing. I’m assuming it is hardware issue, which is unacceptable. I also first blamed the game, however now cyberpunk 2077 is crashing with blue screen too. do not buy this.

The only problems I do have are that the keyboard is just very different so I mess up quite a bit while I'm typing. The second and more important thing is the left *looking head-on* usb port does not work. Every time anything is plugged into it, something pops up saying "the last usb device malfunctioned" Besides that, It's great. I've got a dual monitor setup and it works wonderfully.

Best bang for the buck

Great price and you get a rig that can both game and handle video and photo editing programs. The clear plexiglass side display with the easy open case is a nice addition and there is plenty of room to upgrade as needed.

Only Con Is The Storage.

Everything is good even with only 500GB SSD considering the price. They made a good move providing expansion slots for SSDs, which are pretty cheap.

Using as a plex server rn, haven't tested out graphics card yet. But l wanted a gaming rig without having to build. Under a grand and looks sweet, very happy.
