Very great option for a mid tier/high tier gaming pc!

If you like the rapidly blinking lights that come with this computer, you are good to go (and probably 12 years old-- but hey, thats cool). If you want to have control of the lights or to turn them off, you are out of luck. Older models had controls built in to handle this; this new model does not. When I called customer service, they suggested I open the computer up and disconnect the power source to the lights, but I dont know where that plug is, and the guy on the phone did not sound that sure either. My email to customer support was acknowledged but then not answered after weeks. They probably saved a few cents on getting rid of the controls. And they have basically zero customer support.

Computer is great. If you have to return it for some reason, do not return to warehouse. The shipping back and being done in 2 weeks is a lie. I’ve been waiting 2 months and still they haven’t given me my credit back. Make sure it’s for you. Returns are slow.

It was great until it randomly starting shutting off during gaming after 2 days of use. Windows 10 key was invalid so had to buy one. Probably will be returning if the random shut downs continue :/

Total piece of trash. Stopped working after a year and a half with very light usage. Avoid at all costs. Total waste of money.

The computer works great... until you run a game that demands more power than the provided power supply provides. In my case I was unable to play Apex Legends at medium settings without the computer SHUTTING DOWN COMPLETELY. I suspect any game or program with a similar power demand will produce the same error. This is a glaring issue that I am surprised the producer did not notice.

Worked fine for 1 week. Then it kept crashing when Im not playing games. The fan makes a lot of noise when it happens. Maybe it's the powersupply. Or the motherboard. Disappointing.
