Multiple Blue screens, Black screen crashes. Extremely difficult to get through to tech support at Cyberpower PC. Would call be placed on hold and after about 50 minutes got message "No one is available right now" and they would hang up. Called three different times finally got someone after again waiting close to hour on phone. They said likely bad Graphics card and that its possible may have been a Re-Furbished MSI card and Not brand new. I purchased a different Brand gaming PC from Bestbuy and that is working great.

Quit working in less than a year... was excellent while it worked, but an expensive purchase to only work 9 months

I had this computer for less than a month when it shut itself down and wouldn't turn back on. Took it to Best Buy and they had to send it out for repairs. A week later, they tell me they couldn't fix my computer and I would have to exchange it for a new one

Bought it for my son's 13th birthday. I researched for months. Finally decided on this one. Only thing I wanted is for him to download his games and play. Well the PC is so slow I told my son I am returning it. There is no way I am calling a customer service number on day one when all we wanted was a basic gaming PC that could work smoothly. The PC seems to have issues connecting with the internet. What a fiasco, I am beyond dissappointed.

I do not recommend this Desktop, I purchased it Sep2021 and 8months later was already having issues with it. Only thing I used this for was for online school. It freezes up, colors turn red and I have to manually shut it off. I had to take it to a repair shop to see what was wrong with it. Bestbuy couldnt do anything for me..I wont make anymore electronic pruchase from BB

It’s a decent PC. The cpu cooler is a joke a should be changed before you even fire it up. The reason for my review it the way the pc was shipped. Two of the Rgb fans were not connected out of the box and the tower case came to me covered in dings and scratches. The tempered glass wall came covered in finger prints and didn’t have plastic wrap over it. I really feel I got charged full price for a used open box item.

Now that I have had this puter a month I have to change my opinion. 1st no manual hard to do anything without one. 2 seems to hate my cable connection poor loading lots of buffering or just doesn't do anything. CP customer service not very good either! Passed return date and still weeks away from getting manual!!

Be very careful, all of the fans come set to exhaust which for beginners might not be a problem so let me help you out a bit. So all exhaust is a really bad setup because your case will have negative air pressure. Negative air pressure will cause your fans to pull air from cracks and crevasses in your case that aren't filtered so it will cause tons of dust to build up. I had to switch the two front fans myself which isn't hard for someone who's built computers before but might be tricky for a first-timer. In the event that you want to flip them then do this: (If not then skip these steps I have a few more tips that are simpler!) Step 1: Remove both the back panel and front panel, they each have 2 thumb screws, set them aside once they're off. Step 2: Grab a Philips head screwdriver and start by unscrewing the four screws on the top fan. (set them in a tin or on a magnet to make sure you don't lose them!) Step 3: Now that the fan is detached from the case, just flip it backward. You're going to have to pull a bit on the fan cables but don't worry this is fine to do and just make sure that the wires aren't touching the fan. Step 4: Now just re-screw in the fan, these screws are self-tapping so it's a lot harder to screw in, don't worry if you have to use extra force while screwing in! Step 5: Repeat steps 2-4 for the second fan. Make sure you DO NOT flip the fan at the back of the case that will be very bad and will ruin your temps! Ok other than the clear issue with the fans this PC is actually quite incredible, the 11th gen i5 is a really good mid-range CPU but because of the high clock speeds it does run hot so don't worry if your fans ramp up lot. A 1660 super is another mid-level component and will run most games at ultra quality 60 fps. For me personally, this case doesn't feel like it has great airflow so I'm buying another case, a corsair 220t and a new CPU cooler but these are upgrades that aren't super necessary so don't worry about them. If you read this far then I hope none of this scared you! This computer is great for beginner to mid-level gamers and it's very upgradable so if you ever feel like you want to change things then go for it! (Last Note: The power supply will DEFINETLY need a upgrade down the road! It's pretty low end but don't worry it'll be fine for a while :)

Would give zero if I could. I had product less than a month and it started to not work. I took it to get it looked at by geek squad and they couldn’t do anything about it. Awful

Had it for a couple months, keeps on crashing even when idling, downloads, gaming and browsing. Not even the correct graphics card came with it, most likely a refurbished one

Honestly during the pandemic it was hard trying to build my own computer from scratch and ended up buying a pre built. Since it's been around 3 years since I've bought it I haven't had any major issues. My games run, I can record, I can drawing while having hundreds of layers, and my mouse and keyboard still work which came with this pc. For the price I am not very sure since it's been a long time and building your own is far cheaper but despite that this computer has been doing its job as intended with no issues currently.

Was not able to get the full experience with this PC. Unfortunately out of the box it did not work and when i went for an exchange it was discontinued

Cuts off randomly when producing videos, downloading games, or online gaming.

I will never buy this computer again. It crashes everyone it’s being used. Worse money I’ve ever spent. Computer is not even 3 months old

If I could give it a zero I would. Get every set up and it won’t turn on. Best Buy was awesome with the return.

This is my first ever pc purchase. I gotta say the prices are very high for pc purchases at the moment. The lights are very cool. The pc is relatively heavy. It isn't loud when running a game but it isn't silent. I get really good fps on games like Fortnite (High Settings) and Rocket League. Pretty fast with other tasks including work/school. Had this pc for a week and I love it so far.

Bought this gaming computer a while back for myself and I have been loving it so far, I can run mostly every game from medium to high graphic settings. I also bought this from my computer classes that I've been taking for college and it handles everything well from the cores handling the things I need to do in order to do stuff well to the GPU handling all the rendering. Overall I am loving this PC and will recommend it to anyone else that has a low budget on buying PC's.

I still don't got this product , how great cyber Monday deals it is !
