Computer went dead in 4 months.

The following Monday 18July2022 I called CyberPowerPC to troubleshoot, which is where the 3 stars came from. It took about 20 minutes of troubleshooting to learn that the motherboard was the cause. Normally CyberPowerPC would just ship out a replacement part but the motherboard is 1 of 2 components they won't ship out. CyberPowerPC gave me two options, #1 try to warranty the motherboard myself and hope the motherboard manufacturer will ship one to me and #2 ship my whole desktop tower to CyberPowerPC in CA. Not seeing a brand name (hint) for the motherboard and it not being listed in the specs I opted for a warranty repair. Being well within the warranty period I expected them to send me a paid RMA label but no, they refused -1 star. I shelled out about $175 to ship it back. I asked the technician over the phone at least 3 times to NOT wipe my computer and he confirmed. When I got my computer back today 11August2022 it was wiped -1 star... Otherwise, it's an okay bang for your buck. I set the recommendation to buy as Yes, it's more of a maybe but that's not an option.
