the specs and hardware are really good. the reason for 4 stars is there is a small nick in the front panel glass

This is a great Desktop Computer, although the keyboard that I received with it has a defective E key on it.

It works great just wish it came with more memory. But quick fix was to just add additional memory.

Got my system very quickly and was able to set up no problem. Solid so far with no issues present.

A little slow, might be wifi connection issues. Otherwise runs smoothly and very nice colors.

Having issue with ports !! Over heats … one of the techs to us this brand isn’t to good after we bought in for repairs … wish I would have known that ahead of time because the purchase wasn’t cheap, would have reconsidered for a different brand ..

It's been a good PC but did have some issues with the HDMI port that connects to the monitor. No signal, geek squad checked everything else from their end on what they can do, and everything is fine. Cyber does have a year warranty so will be going through them to get it fix.

Builder put the CPU fan in backwards after I put a new fan in it’s awesome but was crashing all the time before new fan

You can get this on a sale for a lot less depending on the time of year. For me I picked it up for around $1300 with 6% tax. I love this PC. The color of the fans are adjustable and come in a TON of colors. It runs great. The only downside would be there is hardly any storage that comes with it but this cuts down the price. You can easily find extra storage online for cheap which I highly recommend you do, especially if you're buying this PC for your child/teen. I picked up a 4 TB hard drive for under $100 with super easy install so any parent or new to PC person can easily install it. I'm new to PC gaming and building so this is a solid base to start doing it. I use the Solid State as my support. The graphics card is also a great deal. I spent a ton of research on graphics cards and the 2060 actually out performs the 3000 series. The Intel Core i5 that comes with this model is also solid. I did a lot of reasearch into PC brands as well getting advice from PC experts online who do build and they recommend Cyber Power on their top list of quality prebuilts and starting points. I agree with them on the quality. It is NOT WORTH IT to try to buy an HP or the other lower quality brands just to get a slightly lower price. This PC had no issues and is going strong. I'm confident it will last a long time. It also comes with USB and USB C ports. So that's also a win.

Keeps crashing games. The other reviews are real. Rust keeps crashing every 15 minutes. Rainbow kept crashing every 3 round but limiting the fps helped the issue.

Loved the PC at first but the graphics card died even with very light gaming :( Not even a year old.
