its a great computer but the mouse and keyboard that comes with it sounds like a squeaky door

Seems to be a quality and adequate PC for the money.

I received the computer in excellent condition, and it runs fantastic. However, an issue arose upon arrival, when the fans were not plugged in. The computer I purchased was advertised as being prebuilt, which is the reason I chose it. I don't know a lot about building computers and had to call in a friend to open up the back panel and figure out the wiring for me.

Computer super slow. bluetooth and wifi sucks ……!!

This is my first prebuilt I’ve owned. I first started with a HP Pavilion gaming Laptop; I’ve had it for only a few months and went through 2 hard drives. First impressions on my CyberPower gaming deck top it is by far an eye catcher. The speed and efficiency is a must. I have a 2tb solid state hardrive with a GeForce Rtx game card. The only draw back is the unpacking. As I opened the box I took out all of the foam that holds the internals together. I then started setting up my computer in a mater of 10-15 minutes. After playing 8 hours on it I wanted to add addition storage. I took the back off an notice a card board box next to the power supply. This is a fire hazard. This maybe my fault by not checking. However, for new gamers like myself; I recommend that the manufacturer adds additional in structions on where to look for all the packaging materials

So far, weve tried to go this up to 3 different monitors, using hdmi and display port adapters and we can't get it to work. Weve tried all settings on the monitors and still nothing. Brand new out of the box. You really shouldn't have this issue with a 1k pc. Will be returning.

Very satisfied with my purchase of a 3050 Intel 12th gen PC. Not only did I get it at an excellent price and value, but the build looks and feels great; it's suitable for upgradeability and years of use. It performs just as expected if not better, too. The setup was easy and efficient, and the keyboard and mouse that come out of the box are of exceptional quality. Highly recommend buying from this brand if you're looking for a prebuilt gaming PC.

I was between a few PCs before I happened across this one at the Best Buy in Hato Rey, PR. I was looking for a gaming computer that had AT LEAST an RTX 3050, because I wanted to play Baldur's Gate 3 on it. You can't run the game on max settings, but you can still run it on pretty high settings. That's a win for me! :D If you're looking for a reasonably priced and aesthetically pleasing pre-built PC, this is for you. As a plus, the RGB setup is really pretty to look at.

WE went in looking for an external hard drive for her laptop. We left with 2 of these for each of us. When we first were looking we started at laptops but did not see any we liked. We were shown where the gaming computers were. This one was not originally marked. When an associate approached us and told us about the sale we reviewed it and discovered it had what we were looking for. The price also sealed the deal for us.

Easy to setup straight out of the box amazing speed and graphics.

Wonderful! Able to play with most of the up to date games and easy instructions to set up and play. The mouse and keyboard work amazingly. 10/10 Would recommend as a great starting pc.

Even though this my first time ever purchasing a gaming computer, I am 100% satisfied. It's super fast, up-to-date no lag. Elden Ring plays way better than all my other platforms. Shipping was fast and was delivered with no problems. I totally encourage others to buy this computer. You will not be disappointed.
