I did have issues loading 1 game and after 3 techs from best buy couldn't help I did some research and resolved it. I should have called cyberpc directly.

The Trend Micro antivirus software was not included in the purchase despite it being listed. Best Buy resolved this quickly over the phone.

Also I was installing more ram on but one slot is blocked my the cpu cooler so I needed qeeksquad!

Great Starter PC

Aside from that, everything else is perfect.
