New Upgrade

Very nice upgrade from my old computer. The only downfall is the underwhelming RTX 3050 however it can run the things I want at my desired settings fine.

I haven't played a game yet that couldn't run at least high graphics if not ultra high. Instant load times, only complaint is small storage size, which can be fixed with an additional hard drive.

Present for my daughter

The only gripe I have is with the mouse that came with it. The left click kept getting stuck immediately out of the box. I had to pull back the left-click and remove a piece of plastic that was somehow damaged and catching every time.

Pretty good first gaming pre-built tbh

It was easy to assemble and nothing was defective. I would have to upgrade with some extra fans (since it doesn't have a stable temperature) and better/nicer looking cable management later on but as long as its working, its fine. It comes with a 120mm AIO cooler which makes the built more silent and cools the cpu but however I do have to watch out for now since the gpu does heat up really fast.

Good Value PC

Was able to contact customer service and were very helpful and polite. They offered me guidance to remedy issue. I decided to return computer to retail store since I'm not computer savy and get a replacement. I will update my star rating once I get functioning computer.
