People hyped up Intel 12th gen. Same with 3000x nvidia cards. This is like entry level to that but the specs are amazing by comparison to years prior. On unbox, the mouse they include is awesome. The keyboard is garbage though. They can do better with included keyboard. Windows 11 is so poorly optimized that with two monitors and doing basic stuff, the computer felt sluggish when navigating. I installed Pop! OS on it and it runs so much better. I’d say it’s driver issues on Cyberpowered PC but I installed W11 on other machines and it runs like garbage there as well. If you get this PC, be prepared to install Windows 10 on it. It’s pretty easy.

Bought the PC for my 17 yr old son. Gaming PC. He loves it, has loved it, for 3 months. And it suddenly shut off and won't power bak on. All opinions say the power supply. Why so soon? Best buy, where I purchased the PC and all accessories, doesn't even do repairs on it. After scheduling a geek squad appt, I find this out. So wasted hour trip to store, and hav to contact manufacturer. And to keep my son from having to not hav his new PC for 3 to 4 weeks, I order the power supply and install myself in 4 days. Small details that make big problems and frustrations, that r never explained whn buying.

Great computer for the price. No issues so far. Has alder lake cpu that is blazing fast for I5.

I purchased this tower in February only for it to become a very expensive paperweight 3 months later. I contacted tech support where they had me perform my own troubleshooting. Then i was told it would be 4-7 weeks before Cyberpower could send me the replacement parts for their defective conponents, and i would finally have a working computer again. I've had no follow-up from the company since. Ive had no resolution. Do yourself a favor and do NOT spend your money on anything Cyberpower!

Everything went well. They had my pc ready to pick up quick. The pc looks good and runs great. The only downside is the fan shakes a little and the mouse that it came with is defected but overall a great purchase.

I am super impressed with this PC so far. This is my first gaming PC. It meets my gaming needs so far.
