Came with faulty power supply

I replaced the power supply with a new one and it fixed all problems. It performs really well with no issues after replacing that part. As a package I'm giving it two stars cus like faulty part = non-functional system.

Don’t purchase

Second one been dealing with it shutting off in the middle of being on it. Have had help online with the Best Buy geek squad and issue was said to be fixed but still happened after now have an apt in store.

I’ll never know how it really performs

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I couldn’t wait to open it and play with it - the specs were mouthwatering - but unfortunately I had to return it right away: the HDMI port didn’t work, I couldn’t connect the monitor, and I therefore missed the chance of using it at all. I went for an HP Omen instead.

Geek squad can’t repair. Needs to be shipped out out of own pocket to company to repair!! Company does not back up product and for this matter I will NEVER purchase again. Don’t waste your money

The motherboard was broken when I bought it and cyber power refused to help. The geek squad helped me troubleshoot and replace the computer. Do not buy cyber power.

CyberPower PC constantly restarted

The PC was in a well ventilated area. I even tried placing it in the middle of the room on a table without anything around it and it still would restart after reboot with the fans whirring very loudky. BestBuy refunded my purchase which was great. I've built my own PCs in the past so I'm aware of how to setup a PC.

Thought of the pc
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned 2 pc's including this one the one I had before this was also a cyberpowerpc it did me good until 3 months ago when it crashed it was a very good price of $699 lasted me 4 years I got this one for Christmas this year and it has done me nothing but good I run all my games perfectly fine and I get an average of 750fps on Fortnite if you're looking for for a pc for your kids or yourself this is the budget friendly pc it is just amazing.
