Don’t waste your money

Bestbuy Rules, CyberPower not so much
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Before I start, Lets be clear this 5 star rating is for BestBuy and the employee that sold it to me. Bestbuy rules and I loved the employee that helped me. This is a bestbuy site so as far as bestbuy goes 5 starts. Now, to anyone thinking of buying CyberPowerPC. This computer was a headache for me. For whatever reason the fans were not working. You know why? Well when I took off the wiring side wall behind the fans and examined it closely some derp from cyberpower that built this pc did such a bad job with his cable management that if he had plugged in ANY of the 5 plugs that had to do with the fans, that side wall would of never closed properly. So instead of him undoing his cable management to redo it better, he just left them all unplugged, tucked the wires into the power supply cubby and closed it up calling it finished. I had to both figure out and plug in all of these components myself then fix his cable management so the side wall would close. Not my idea of a happy purchase of a prebuilt PC. So remember, if your fans arent working on your PC, you might have been victim of a lazy employee -.- PC runs great now that i fixed it though! Good price, good specs and good times now that its working :D

Great PC!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to share my fantastic experience with the CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme Gaming Desktop I recently got. Honestly the best purchase I’ve ever made. Performance-wise, it’s fantastic. It has a powerful Intel Core processor, I can run all my favorite games without any lag or slowdowns, especially when multitasking while gaming. It's like the system never breaks a sweat. Graphics are amazing as well. I can run any game on the highest setting and not experience any lag or difficulties– and the games look stunning. The frame rates are super smooth. Overall, a great purchase, would recommend.

Sorry but

Then were told to come in and go to geek splqiad same day fix and then were told that it will be in for a week this has happen twice now last issue is inside there tags that if you remove tags it voids the warranty asus and geek squad and this system can **** themselves 1200 system that you can't even use right

Bought as a family computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went into Best Buy to buy a family computer that was mostly for internet use, homework/school/work and light gaming for my oldest son who is 8. The representative was very helpful and the machine was shipped and arrived to my home within 2 days. So far the performance of the computer is excellent and it is definitely one of the quietest computers I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this purchase if you are looking for a mid priced multi purpose computer.

Freezes randomly after a few months. DO NOT BUY!

Worked fine for maybe 2-3 months and then started freezing randomly and crashing. Updated drivers, optimized performance, etc., still had the issue. Seemed unconnected to what I was using the computer for. Would crash during regular use as often as gaming. Absolute rip off, would never buy from the company again.

Exactly what I wanted

Super easy to set up and go, just as they claim. Of course, there is system work to be done, downloads and what not, but that is standard. Needed a tower for gaming and I can already see a marked improvement among all the games I frequently play.

Faulty computer and bad retailer

I have checked and update drivers.I have restored the computer and it still does the same thing. Waste of money. Please save your money and find something better. Best buy is no better either with the 15 day return policy, started crashing right after the deadline...SMH.. Better yet find another company and retailer.

unreliable video

Poor Customer Service and Poor Quality

I own it just for five months and seldom use it. Even so, the battery doesn't work anymore. Then, I tried to contact CyberPower's service center to ask for information to delivery. And I called them several times, but nobody answered my calls and gives the solutions. Overall, the quality of this product is bad, and CyberPower's customer service is poor.

Thought it was good based on reviews

Spent about 6 hours trying to resolve the problem on the same day I recieved it. Processed a return the very next day just because of how frustrating it was.

AVOID BUYING

I not only got one but two of these that had issues. First one didn't have the fan LEDS on which after taken to tech support through bestbuy had even more issues. Returned that one in hopes it was a fluke. The replacement was better than the original however was still faulty. This time around the Graphics card seemed to be faulty as it would go in and out and turn off.

Wouldn’t recommend

Parts were completely different in each that I got don’t buy it.
