Broken in less than 6 months

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My pc made a loud pop sound, cut off all the power to my bedroom and when I got power back, I attempted to boot up the PC and it’s not getting any power. When I took it into BB, one of the guys told me something along the lines of “Yeah those power supplies are known for being bad and should be replaced as soon as possible.” That wouldve been nice to know before buying the PC…

My reasoning for giving it a 2 star is because of 3 reasons. 1) There was some form of clear liquid dripping onto the GPU from the cpu fan 2) Didn’t include a remote for the RGB fans which others have received 3) Glass panel was scratched. So, my take is I paid for a brand new PC but it was used. My luck.

Several programs not included as if Windows 11 not fully loaded. RGB program failed after one use, Sticky Notes,Snipping Tool,MS Paint,Calculator,Xbox Game Bar ,Microsoft Store ALL not functional or missing in their entirety. Says access denied to Lowes website after viewing previous day. Not able to view photos as there is no extension for it. Will be contacting Tach Support or returning as is an EXTREME disappointment.

Easy-peasy

I like the looks of it and love the changing colors on the mouse. I’m not using the keyboard yet- but saving it for when my current one needs replaced. It’s a no brainer that it will be much faster than my last computer but so far is much faster than even my other devices I use for work and at home.
