Bad instruction materials; Nice machine :)

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setting up the computer--so far--has been the only rough patch: the instructions were incorrect on how to open the computer case to remove the protective packing material and check the disk connection cables (just pull the side away from the box, rather than sliding--in my computer's case). After that, set up was straightforward and the computer seemed to do well on video streaming and games on Steam.

Graphics card issue?

Initially, I got the PC for my kids, 10 and 4, so we could play together. We have played together for a bit on the Raft game, but it keeps crashing after about 30 mins to an hour. I'm not sure what the issue is. Then on August 6th, we tried the game Palia out and it crashed again. Now, I'm thinking it's a graphics card issue because I updated the drivers before we started playing. Unfortunately, We're out of the 30 day return window which was July 31, 2024. Hopefully, we can check out the warranties and see if they're still good. My kids would love to play some more of the computer, but it's hard to get so far in a game then it just crash. I don't ever write reviews, but since this PC is for my kids, I figured I'd let other parents know.

Great gaming PC for a beginner

The customer service has been great, the set up was easy, the quality is fantastic for the price and most importantly our son is ecstatic!
