The pc does its job the graphics card runs a little hot in the case.

This PC is a freaking monster, UNTIL the 3060 Brick's then it is essentially worthless. I have had this PC burn through 2 EVGA Nvidia RTX 3060's. CyberPowerPC Customer Service did replace the last one after it broke initially, now waiting on a 2nd Replacement but last time I was without a graphics card for 3 weeks. I would not reccomend anything with a EVGA 3060 RTX, JUST my opinion but I've roasted through 2 of them playing nothing but mediocre games like Rust, EverQuest 2, FFXIV. Sad times man

So I gave it a 3 star because my rgb fans light do not work. So like the fans work but the lights don't It might be because I took off the cooler and added a water cooler but still my fans work but the rgb light don't

I bought this computer in March 7. It wouldn't start on July 13. I called and waited for an hour to talk to someone at CyberPowerPC. I was told I could send my brand new computer and wait for several weeks for them to fix it or I can let them put a hold on my credit card and they would send me a replacement power supply. That was over a week ago. If I could give this computer a zero, I would because a new computer should not stop working 3 months after you get it.

Crazy how there are 4 fans and the pc still manages 80° easy. Had to remove glass panel just to get it down to 50°.

No notice anywhere that CyberPowerPC loads custom BIOS that can't be flashed by the manufacturer. If the motherboard they choose for your build ends up having updates, you are locked out from updating even when there are critical errors that were fixed with updated bios. Their own support even references keeping the bios up to date on your computer... but they don't state you need to keep up to date with *their* bios!

Nice PC, but completely crippled by the 3060... Not only is the hash rate low, but the cost is also too high to justify and I would opt to pay more money for a 3070 or 3080.

Received April 20. Set up April 23. Problem: Close to every use of this set up I get a black screen and GPU Fans revving full "throttle". CPU becomes then becomes unresponsive if I do not manually shut down. Visuals ( on the same 3220DGF monitor) appear to me to also be of lesser clarity than my 1070 in a game. This occurs while using without g-sync. I later enabled g-sync to see if this would help, still same symptoms/problem. I am awaiting a response from CyberPower as I sent a detailed message to their tech dept. on 5/18. I will update once a receive a response from CyberPower and issue is resolved.

It was DOA when it got it. no sound, no display, only light, it may be good if you use it as light show. wasted my time! returned it.

my first pc and it actually blew up i bet this is a one and a million chance but made a loud pop then flashed never turned on again

After two months my pc started crashing every time i tried gaming. Customer support is slow. I would return this pc and get my money back if i could actually talk to customer service.

The PC start up took too long and the hard drive didnt work properly.

Great Pc! Runs like everything you would hope for and do not be upset just become some jerk rights a bad review because this thing rocks! I can get 120+ FPS on warzone and on Minecraft 500+ depending on the settings but this thing can run like a maniac I recommended this thing for sure!
