had this computer for about a month now and it runs good

Unfortunately, the computer's Wi-Fi card and Bluetooth card have issues so I had to return it.  Really great looking computer. Fortunately their return policy was very easy and their tech support recognized the issue.  If there was no issues would have been a 5 star review for sure.

The product came in great condition, The only thing I was confused about was the SATA cables that was package with the computer, am I meant to hook them up or the cables just a spare; I'm not that computer savvy.

great pc for the price I think it's the best you can get with little money, and you get a nice case so you can also upgrade pieces of your pc and make it better over time

I would really suggest getting a CyberPowerPC, these graphics are amazing and so are the games, if you are looking for a PC this PC is like anyother plus a bit cheaper.

Great gaming system with enough room for additional cooling and upgrades. The fans are very quiet. the mouse and keyboard are also good quality. Perfect for my gaming needs

Recently purchased this pre-built on sale and it runs great. Compared to current part prices this was definitely almost right on the nose, very content with my purchase!

I have recently bought this pc and so far I've had no problems with it and it has some good specs for the price it has and I would recommend buying this PC.

Bought this PC 3 months ago and it's been working so fine. Haven't gotten any hardware problems at all. I recommend this PC especially for those who play video games.

The Desktop is fantastic! Excellent service, excellent machines. I have purchased many Cyperpower PCs for both personal and work use and they have all been great!

Honestly, wasn't the best purchase. The computer was constantly overheating even with a fan on it and was turning on and off without me even doing anything. Pretty sure it has like a faulty CPU or GPU.

What a great PC... everything's running perfectly after an easy setup. All of our games are running great and the quality case itself is a pleasure to look at.

Love this computer. Got it today and couldn't be happier. Had a previous 2016 CyberPowerPC and still runs til today. Will never go with any other company.

Finally was able to upgrade and my pc from cyberpower is amazing huge powerhouse able to run everything from modern titles to vr!

It's okay, I liked the PC, but something that disappointed me a bit is the material of the keyboard and the mouse is kind of bad and in each key you can see remains of the material, if they improve that they would have more sales but everything else is fine.

I have never had a worse experience with a computer in my entire life. I bought this PC in November of 2021 from Best Buy BRAND NEW and have never been able to play any first/third person shooter games. When I first bought the computer all that I played was Rocket League and the system could run the game at 244 FPS no problem. After a few months without problems, I tried playing games like Apex or Fortnite and couldn't make it through a full game without the entire game crashing. I took the PC in to Best Buy to have Geek Squad take a look to see what was wrong and after almost a full week of having the PC, they still couldn't figure out the issue. After talking with them they recommended hard resetting the computer and claimed it had fixed the issue. After paying them $150 to hard reset my computer IT STILL DOESNT RUN ANY SHOOTER GAMES. I'm now out of my warranty and stuck with a $1200 PC that I can use to surf the web or play car soccer.
