    No USB-C port.

    Went in to Best Buy, said I want the best gaming system You have in stock. This was it. 2 days later I needed a usb-C port. This does not have one. You may not think you need one, but you will eventually. Why a modern (gaming) system has no usb-c port when the most popular VR headset needs one, is beyond comprehension.

    Awful cooling

    I've had this system for 1 whole day. If you like to play games from 2017 and have your GPU and CPU hit 90c within 10 minutes, then this is the rig for you. All fans are set to outflow. Either someone didn't put thermal on the rig, or it is defective. This defeats the purpose of 'plug and play' if I'm going to troubleshoot it. I am returning it today and considering either that this unit was defective and getting a replacement, or ordering an entirely different system.

    I dont believe that these are bad pcs however, i've ordered 2 and both have came in broken and or messed up

    Dont buy this PC

    we had a very bad exprerince with CyberPower . from day first it has grapic card isse. sent this for repair twice and now sending back for the third times. there technical support is terible they can’t figure it out what is the issue.
