This was a solid purchase. I really like the case I might use it for the next build. Prior to this I bought a Dell XPS that randomly froze every day and this cyberpower never has a single problem. I did have to replace a fan but thats a trivial problem. 9/10. The included mouse and keyboard were not throwaways, im still using them.

I love this computer! It runs all of the games I want to play, so no complaints there! I didn't understand how the PSU worked at first and I had my PC directly on carpet until the PSU died. It was an easy fix and then I bought a stand for the PC and I haven't had any issues since! Perfect for someone new to PC gaming.

The PC arrived super quick (1-2days) and it came packaged really securely. Had some trouble getting the PC out of the box because of how tightly and securely packed it was but I managed to get it out using the grip openings on the box. Other than that little struggle, I am pleased with how it turned out. The looks and the performance exceeded my expectations. The installation and set up was smooth and simple, not complicated at all. I also like how it came with a wifi adapter (there is like a magnetic force on the bottom of the wifi adapter that makes it stick to the PC and I just put it on top and it stays there really well plus it matches the design too). I've had a more expensive PC before this one that was 2k+ but this one definitely beats it in all aspects - I even got it on sale. I am really happy with my purchase because I think this is the best PC I've had by far.

This is the first prebuilt computer I've purchased in years. I usually build my own but this time I was a bit lazy. I am very happy with the purchase. I find nothing wrong with this computer at all. It's fast and much more capable than my previous 8th gen i7. I did upgrade the memory to 48G. It does everything I want/need it to do.

good can place game at high fps but the cpu fan is bad

I recently purchased CyberPowerPC from Best Buy with the help of Jeremy and Zachary(INTEL). The company provided with instructions on how to operate the PC and what to look for. I even added 64Gb of ram and 2TB NVMe with ease. The RGB fans and Rams really amp up the atmosphere in my office. Will definitely purchase again.

After researching several desktops, I purchased the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Xtreme Gaming Desktop for my son as a birthday gift. Uriah, the BestBuy associate that assisted us was helpful and knowledgeable about the various gaming desktops. The whole process was easy and my son loves the speed of this desktop.

Bought this PC Gaming system for my son 11 year old during Christmas. He loves it! The storage is great, resheses fast enought to avoid lagging. Worth the money spend! He loves and enjoys playing games on it.
