This system has performed great for the price I got it for, and for the 2 years I have had it, it has not required any upgrades yet. Maybe in another year it will need upgrades.

Great first time gaming set up! Highly recommend! A purchase I won’t regret

I haven't looked at new computers for 12 years, that's how long ago it was that I built my computer. After 12 years my computer failed completely and I was forced to look for a new one. There are a lot of choices out there now. I decided this time I wanted something with a video card and an Intel I7 processor this time. I might even do some gaming. I looked at vendor sites, Amazon, Best Buy and even youtube. I finally decided on Best Buy. I went into the store and of the computers they had I selected the CyberPowerPC. I liked the looks, features, and it met all of my requirements. I'm not a gamer but I'm not ruling it out in the near future so this one is a game machine with the color changing lights. I can't get over how fast it is. I have been putting up with a lot with my old computer making excuses for not upgrading. I even noticed my downloads are faster now. I thought it was my internet connection that was not giving me my full speed. I'm very happy with this purchase and no buyer's remorse at all.

Great starter PC! Destiny 2, Baldur's Gate 3, and Starfield all run great as long as they're installed on the SSD. Going to upgrade for more SSD storage space. Haven't had any over heating issues. 1 million percent satisfied with my purchase.

Computer is pretty good for the price, runs quiet, easy to set up and looks pretty basic which is good for me.

This PC has had everything i needed when starting PC gaming. This is THE BEST option in 2023 for a prebuilt at bestbuy.you may have to upgrade storage but other than that i have been blessed with this PC

Its a very good pc, but you need to buy a better CPU cooler because it can't handle games like warzone (unless you lower the performance on the pc)

Fans were installed wrong but after I fixed that and added three more fans it’s been working great. It’s a okay Pc perfect for starting out but wouldn’t recommend if you are trying to play games at high frames and 1080p. Casual gamers this will work just fine

Awesome computer. Can run most games on Ultra. It does what I need it to do. Worth it 100%. One thing I was looking for was the thing being an absolute beast and that it is. Also really great fans and the colors are really cool at night.

I honestly didn't know what to expect when buying a used gaming computer but it worked out perfectly. One of the fan makes a slight noise but other than that no problems so far. Would definitely recommend this pc.

Initially was hesitant as I was not familiar with this product. We wanted a starter gaming system for our son. This system fits that need, spot on! With a budget of $2k, this pc was very reasonably priced, allowing us to buy a fantastic 31' curved monitor, new Logitech keyboard and speaker system, putting us only $200 over our budget. Very powerful for its intended purpose, silent as a mouse and an oddly relaxing glow. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase. Nate, the salesperson who set us up, was wonderfully patient and helpful, guiding us through what we did and did not need. So far, a great system.

This pc it’s amazing has great performances my Son loves it play video games all day has a great resolution and speed its great to download video games.- The light in the tower a super cool I recommend.

The computer is really fast, which is great. But when I set it up, I noticed that the windows 11 OS was installed without the MS store app, which I need to download certain printer drivers and apps (like iCloud). That required me to create a USB with the Windows 11 install files and reinstall the whole OS. This cost me a few extra hours of setup time, which was a pain. But in the end it all works great.

Just got this yesterday and I am loving it. I built my last PC and had it since 2016 and been wanting to upgrade for a while. This was a good price compared to others I was looking at.

PLEASE READ! If you are a mother/father buying this as a gift for your child or someone in general buying this as a gift, and you do not want to spend several hours fixing the cooling problem BUY SOMETHING ELSE! I spent almost 12 hours! The cpu cooler in this rig is VERY bad quality. Unacceptable to run in games. I bought this product knowing this and bought a new cpu cooler (Arctic duo esports 34) and installed it myself when the pc came. Before I installed the new cpu cooler I got cpu core readings of almost 100 within minutes of heavily utilizing it. The cable management of the rig made it extremely hard to take out and replace the cpu cooler. I also took out the 2 side fans and switched them, which was fairly easy and lowered the GPU temps slightly (which are fine). This PC ended up being pretty good after all the tweaks, but i'm not sure it was 100% worth it. CONCLUSION: If you know what you're doing and are willing to spend extra money and time to fix this pc when you get it, it's not bad. but if you don't know what you're doing/don't want to buy something extra to make this a good rig, stay away and buy something else.

Great PC for a good price. I have heard many spectacular comments on this, and it really shows why. I was originally planning on building a similar one but higher price, fortunately I was recommended this prebuild. Amazing packaging and delivery time.
