PLEASE READ! If you are a mother/father buying this as a gift for your child or someone in general buying this as a gift, and you do not want to spend several hours fixing the cooling problem BUY SOMETHING ELSE! I spent almost 12 hours! The cpu cooler in this rig is VERY bad quality. Unacceptable to run in games. I bought this product knowing this and bought a new cpu cooler (Arctic duo esports 34) and installed it myself when the pc came. Before I installed the new cpu cooler I got cpu core readings of almost 100 within minutes of heavily utilizing it. The cable management of the rig made it extremely hard to take out and replace the cpu cooler. I also took out the 2 side fans and switched them, which was fairly easy and lowered the GPU temps slightly (which are fine). This PC ended up being pretty good after all the tweaks, but i'm not sure it was 100% worth it. CONCLUSION: If you know what you're doing and are willing to spend extra money and time to fix this pc when you get it, it's not bad. but if you don't know what you're doing/don't want to buy something extra to make this a good rig, stay away and buy something else.

Great PC for a good price. I have heard many spectacular comments on this, and it really shows why. I was originally planning on building a similar one but higher price, fortunately I was recommended this prebuild. Amazing packaging and delivery time.

It's been just over a week and the PC is still running great. There was zero bloatware installed, which was a pleasant surprise. You do have to find BIOS and driver updates yourself, although Intel and NVIDIA both have tools for theirs.

I bought this for my grandson. He loves it. Best gift ever. He play on his desk top more then his XBOX. Such a wonderful grandson. Definitely deserves this outstanding system.

Happy with my purchase. First non-HP PC I have bought. I love the clean open design that CyberPower went with on this build. This is a powerful PC that is great for both gaming and business use. I will enjoy this one for a while!

Bought this CyberPowerPC and was pleasantly surprised with how well it functions right out of box! No cables were lose, instructions were clear, and I greatly appreciated the "DO NOT PLUG YOUR MONITOR IN HERE" sticker taped to the back LOL.

Amazing pc for price I’ve had over a year and no issues. Play typical games like Fortnite over watch lots of steam games.

So far so good, look at alot of desktops. Finally settled on this one. I like that's very fast and responsive. I have yet to try some game. I'm in my 60's and was bored so why not. Will update in the furture, Wish me luck, Game on.

Great gaming PC for someone that is inexperienced. CyberPower has great customer support and answered every question I needed regarding the upgrades I made. We ended up changing out the 16gb to 32. Added additional 1TB SSD.

Great pc for the price. I’m new to pcs so I didn’t want to build a custom but I did enough research to know this was a good deal. Got the last one at the store. Only thing I’ll need is to buy some liquid cooling for it.

This was my first prebuilt purchase, and I am definitely not disappointed. I was sketched on first ordering one as I was always told prebuilts suck, but I've owned this one for a while with absolute no problems! Very satisfied.

Overall great for a prebuilt pc. Went back and forth between this one and a couple other models but especially if you can get it on sale, cyberpowerpc is the best value out there right now in this price range.
