I am glad I went to Best Buy instead of buying my first choice online. I found the comp I was really looking for while waiting for a tech to help me. The CyberPower crate had not only a better video card, but the tower had better airflow, the case was more appealing to me and the dual hard drive set up was the biggest seller for me. This comp was actually 30 dollars less than the previous choice I had made. The total system is just what I wanted and I am thrilled with this purchase.

Best Buy had it in stock in the store days before Christmas! The computer manager of the Knoxville TN, Towne and Country Cir. Store Jay went above and beyond to make sure we bought the PC that would meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable and made the process easy for parents that weren't sure what to buy! Happy with our purchase.
