Ordered for Black Friday when price was a bit lower. So far so good. No overheating problems when playing Warzone. RTX 3060TI is great for 1440p gaming. Will update if anything changes.

Never had a device to this magnitude but I’m enjoying the feature and cool things I can do on it

Great PC. Highly recommend. Well built and very fast. Would like the ability to overclock the PC. Intel i7 at 2.1ghz seems slow. Mouse was broken so hopefully they will replace it.

This PC is amazing very well built good parts, I just cant change the color on the rgb fans.

I bought the desktop 2 times, 1 with microsoft error and other with monitor error. Other is great

i had a wonderful experience when i came into the best buy bluebonnet blvd location in baton rouge , la. we were greeted at the door and was directed to the pc section , then within 5 minutes had a salesman ( andrew inzenga ) come and greet us. he went over the different pcs that i was looking at and helped me locate one onsite with all the features that i wanted. he also helped me get a nice headset that i was interested in .over all i would go back and but again in the future with best buy. in total with other questions asked by my grandson and answered by andrew, we spent about an hour total getting everything.

My son loves this and says it’s the best computer, for the price, out there! He uses it specifically for watching movies and playing games and says it works perfectly

Love the system, however, trying to figure out how to change the RGB is quite confusing

I love my cyberpower! I recently started gaming on a laptop and experienced lagging issues but now that I hav my PC I do not lag and I do not have any overheating issues

Great PC, I just got into gaming, so this is my first PC purchase. I had a small issue with the PC overheating. I called customer service they were verry helpful, they suggested maybe the fan was installed backwards. I turned the fan around and PERFECT. For what I am doing I couldn't be happier.

I ordered this from Best Buy and it did not disappoint. It is fast, it isn't bloated with unwanted software. It goes on sale from time to time so watch for that.

Heard really good reviews of this PC. Seen all the benchmarks (Good), but when I received the computer it would turn on. Check all cables and still nothing. Probably just an unlucky purchase but still annoying to deal with. Return and refund was simple an smooth although.

Bought this PC after over 10 years of not being in the PC game. Love it. Great PC for my older MMORPG i like to play and current shooters. I recommend this pc for beginners.

Doing great so far. Nice RGB and the inclusion of the 3060 ti is making it more worth it.

The help we recieved for the staff was outstanding and the desktop is out of this world!!! Hands down the price for this unit is well worth it and then some.

So far the new pc is working well. I'm glad there were instructions for setting it up. Since I had to have it shipped to the store I had to recheck the parts at first. This computer is gonna be handy for trying out a lot of older and newer games I missed out on since a nearly a decade ago!

Awesome computer, very fast and super cool fishbowl look with two sided windows. Super fast boot times and Call of Duty runs at full res with no slowness.

The Terabyte hard drive cord came slightly undone during shipping (it was crooked, not just flat but partly out), so initially the system didn't seem to detect the TB hard drive, but otherwise no issues. I love the fact you can change the color of the fans with the remote, though some of the color buttons don't seem to fit the exact shading of the coloration shown but that's not a big deal. Plenty of storage space for gaming and while I'm not used to Windows 11 (first time using it), it works and functions nicely. And from what I could tell, it may prove easy to eventually upgrade parts as needed.

So far so good. I got this computer yesterday and so far; it can handle anything I throw at it. It does great for streaming on multiple platforms and coop.
