Very poorly built computer.

When I bought my PC two years ago, it would consistently crash. I tried figuring it out for months and months. I eventually found out that the PCI slot for my GPU was somehow broken during shipping. CyberPower gaming had me send the computer in for fixing, I had to pay for shipping, then I got it back two weeks later. The issue STILL kept happening. After even more time investigating, I found out that they built this computer with an underpowered power supply unit and the graphics card was failing due to lack of power. I had to spend an additional $100 to buy a sufficient PSU. This company somehow decided putting an underpowered PSU was excusable. The only reason I bought this pre built PC was buying individual GPU's was too difficult at the time because of AI and bitcoin mining. I would never ever buy another PC from this company.
