This is an awesome pc the only problem are the fans. When they built this pc they used the cheapest lowest quality fans. I had to replace all the fans. I do recommend this pc if you are willing to do some work replacing the fans.

Bought to replace my old pc & it works amazingly. I’ve had it for about a month now and it’s been nothing but good will probably be upgrading the storage on it soon but I do that with every computer I buy

Pretty good PC, can run practically anything you throw at it.

This PC runs so smoothly it blows my old PC away. It was easy to set up and Best Buy made the pickup process very simple.

Awesome computer company. Purchased our first gaming computer and we couldn't be more pleased. Everything runs perfectly. The pc was packaged very well. Keyboard and mouse are very good quality, too.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time with us to answer our questions that we had. Computer was fast and easy to set up and get running. Doing great for my streaming.

Pc is great but one problem. Where the frick is the 1tb hdd that was supposed to be with my system. I know computers enough to look for the drives to see how much space i have and the only drive i have on my pc is the "500gb" m.2 ssd mines like 400 and some change. But like.... Wheres my hdd! I dont know how to go about this am i supposed to go to Best buy? Contact cyberpower? I have no clue... But for over $1300 i would expect to have everything i paid for... Right? You dont get a burger at a restaurant with a bite taken out of it do you? Seriously frustrating

I have to say that this PC has been amazing so far. I love the lighting remote control. I checked everything to see if anything was loose or looked out of place and I found that this PC was put together nicely. I have had no issues with cooling. This will be a Creator PC for me, I did run Apex Legends and Call Of Duty and found this PC runs buttery smooth. I will update this review as time goes by. I would recommend this PC to anyone gamer or not.

This is my first purchase of CyberPowerPC and already amazed of how well it was designed! The wiring on the inside is so well routed and barley can see any wire crossing through the glass cover. The fan lightenings add joy to the gaming experience. So far the performace is undoubtedly the best with these options and actually surprised how afforadble compared to other websites when I shopped around.

This is the best computer I’ve gotten and it so easy to upgrade

This is a great and fast computer! Really like the dual drives and graphics card. Nice back lit keyboard and mouse for low light situations too.

Ive had this pc for about a week and it runs really good its a big upgrade from what i used to play on havent had any heat problems my gpu is 46°c

I purchased this because it featured good performance including a graphics card I wanted for not a lot of money. The good news is that it is fast enough to run the graphics-heavy 3D modeling and video programs I run. The bad news is the case is twice the size and weight it needs to be for what is included in the case, including room for expansion cards, etc. It has LED lights in the case and on the underside of the mouse that would only appeal to an eight-year-old (which I turned off immediately) and did not have a way to add more RAM when I ordered the computer which would have been nice because it only shipped with 16GB which is on the low side for any decent gaming or graphics workstation. It is also very, very noisy - probably because of all of the hard surfaces that surround it in the case which do nothing to deflect the noise from the dual fans. Perhaps the biggest problem is that it came out of the box with the rear metal panel bent in a way that it got in the way of being able to fully plug in the HDMI cable (see photo), and the graphics card wasn't fully seated in its slot. As it came in the box fully wrapped in Styrofoam, I have to assume this damage occurred during assembly. The graphics card also does not have a way to clamp it to the motherboard as is usually he case when using larger double-fan cards such as the one in this computer. Fortunately, after bending the rear plate back into shape and reseating the graphics card, it booted up fine and seems to be a nice, fast computer. Just sad I had to go through what I went through to get it into operating order. It's sad to think of some mom and dad who might have purchased this for their kid to open on Xmas only to have it not boot up for the reasons mentioned, and not having the skills to fix it as I did. I assume most of the CyberPower PCs do not have this problem, so that's why I'm giving it three stars and not fewer.

So far, so good. I've had the PC for roughly a week now and all seems relatively smooth. I'm having a minor issue with network communication quality via wireless or ethernet; regardless of what I've tried this CyberPower PC doesn't seem to like achieving decent communication with my network. My 5 year old HP has much higher connection speeds to my WAN and my LAN. Hopefully someone from CyberPower support will have some suggestions. Other than that I'm pleased so far, although I might prefer a bit better cooler on the CPU. If the connectivity issues can be cleared up I'm sure I'll upgrade to a 5 star review.

Purchased a "Gaming Ready" desktop from Best Buy manufactured by CyberPowerPC and after unboxing and running through the processes and testing it out I can honestly say it was a great value for what I got and a good balance of power and budget. I am very pleased with my purchase except one thing and that's the choice of CPU Cooler which is very cheap and will have to be upgraded because it just isn't quite what this setup requires. Other than that I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a good build with plenty of options to keep the power to budget ratio good!

easy setup runs great awesome graphics makes a great gift

Amazing gaming desktop! We searched through various options before deciding to go with this one. The specs exceeded our expectations. gaming is smooth and very fast! make sure you pay attention to where you connect the visual cables. we had ours in the wrong spot and it wasn’t recognized. but after we fixed that, everything was up and running.

Love this gaming PC, was a great price when I bought it and overall, I recommend this even in 2023z

So far handles all of my video editing flawlessly and I haven't had a single issue on any game so far

All I can say is I'm floored and I am so happy that I chose this PC. I am a part time streamer and gamer and this PC honestly can handle the workload of both activities. The RGB is one of my favorite touches. It is a great PC for someone new to gaming or veterans. You won't regret this purchase!!!
