I have this PC for about a month now and I have had no problems with it. Been playing different games on XBOX GamePass and Steam. No issues with the PC running hot. I will play games and do work on the computer at the same time.

Loads of problems out the gate. Fans installed all blowing out so there was no fresh air Intake and turned the case into an oven, plus had to add 2 extra fans to keep everything from going past 85c constantly with what was supplied. Also, will eventually have to add a better CPU Cooler so I can actually put a load on the CPU without burning it up, as the CoolerMaster supplied is ill suited for gaming. In addition, the CPU had way too much thermal paste to where it spilled over the CPU onto the MOBO which also negatively impacted cooling until remedied. The GPU suffered from black screen Kernel 141 Errors that I've hopefully fixed but may just be a bad GPU if it doesn't clear up. This certainly was not the plug and play experience I was hoping for, regretting not just buying the parts myself if I knew I was going to have to take half of this pc apart to rebuild it anyways

Recommend to friends and families. Its really worth the price

This is a great beginner computer. Would give better rating if it came with more memory.

This is the MOST amazing and fast processing gaming computer! My 12 year old is in complete heaven and VERY happy with this early Xmas gift. My computer nerd husband says “ this thing is a monster”

At first it seened like everything was working fine but in a couple weeks it started crashing. Im bo expert but i think its overheating because it starts back up after a few hours or the next day. Im getting ready to call customef support. Wish me luck.

Computer has what we were looking for for my son's gaming experience. Excellent customer service from the gentleman that sold us this computer. Only complaint is when we received it, there was a piece of a bracket stuck in between the motherboard and side of computer. Took it to Geek squad to have removed.

Great product and it works good, purchased a computer prior to purchasing this one but was so unhappy with it I returned it. This one was the same price and offered 100% better product.

Good price, shipped and arrived in two days, good parts and good brands for the parts, only thing is the PSU is a little bad but for the price that's to be expected.

This PC is awesome! Better than I was expecting for a pre-built PC! Comes with a good keyboard and mouse with the computer! Also has a built-in Wi-Fi which is convenient bonus!!

Just bought this beautiful PC. It was packaged perfectly and the set up was easier than ever. The keyboard and mouse that come with it is also really nice.
