I have enjoyed this device greatly. The only problem bein the set up instructions were a little hard to understand to a new user. Having more experience would have made the set up much easier, but not knowing everything made it a little difficult to set up.

New to pc gaming but this was recommended to me by a friend. So far I really enjoy the pc and it handles playing on my old 4k monitor really well.

Great product for the price, good hardware that runs every game smoothly. Only thing that needs improvement are the cooling fans. Would recommend.

Very happy with the product. Now I can finally get up to speed with all my video editing. The case is of top quality and everything works absolutely OK.

First off, shipping was fine. Got to the store a day early so that was nice. However after opening the case I found that the CPU cooler wire had a cut in it. Not a big deal because I planned on replacing this regardless. After replacing the CPU cooler I proceeded to turn on the PC for the first time and was greeted with a screen filled with green dots and lines. Found out this was caused my the GPU sag that had damaged the motherboard card where it sat. I tried to prop up the GPU and this seemed to make the dots disappear. Next I struggled to get the drivers updated as the GPU connection kept causing my computer to crash randomly. I would get to the point of loading up into a game just for it to crash my whole system with lines of green and blue. I was quite upset, I spent an entire weekend trying to get this work and tried to look past the fact that ultimately I was given a faulty GPU. So I decided to return it, which the employee was quite nice and transparent. However I couldn’t wait for a new PC to be shipped because I needed it for school. So I ended up having to spend an additional $262.50 on a PC that is barely more high end than the one I had initially purchased. Overall quite an upsetting exchange I have had. Let’s hope this new more expensive PC does better than this one.

Bought this for my son. Seems to play all the games he has on high settings. May add a liquid cooler to help out with cooling.

Bought this rig in November 2022, very pleased! It does everything I need it to do, and it came with a mouse and keyboard as well.

Had a terrible PC up until today. Booted up a game that used to take me at least 5 minutes to boot, took me 15 seconds on this PC

Runs well i havent had any issue with specs or anything. Overall happy for what it is. Its not to loud or to hot. 4 is my top cause 5 is perfect and thats a hard score to get but no issues or returns. Hope this helps dec 22 2022

This is a well-built, high-quality, and great-looking computer. Both my laptop and PC are CyberpowerPCs. Highly recommended.

A really nice PC. Running great and the clear glass panel is a nice inclusion. My only gripe with this build is the plug-ins for the power switch, reset switch and LED indicators are very easy to remove accidentally when cleaning or modifying.

Love the product right out of the box. Specs are the first reason I picked this one. Option for improvements were the second!

My son has truly enjoyed his Christmas gift. Best Buy was very helpful in making sure I choice them right one.
