cpu fan LED stopped working and had to flip fans to intake AND has to turn on xmp but other than that this pc performs great so far

The gaming desktop power supply fan is extremely loud. Sometimes when the unit is turned on the power supply fan starts out loud. Other times it starts off quiet and before you know it is making so much noise. It annoys me but when my son plays games, he has his headphones on, and it doesn't bother him as much. Also, this is his first gaming computer, I was not expecting the unit to come without an internal speaker.

Did not cone with box or rgb remote and said this was in excellent condition.

great PC for the price. obviously i am writing this review to redeem the amazon gift card, however this is an honest review. set up was a little difficult as the version of windows that was install was not a complete version, so i did have to do a full reinstall of windows. but that is the only negetive thing i have to say. i ussually build my own PCs but wanted to see what prices on prebuilts were looking like and this one caught my eye. it is only slightly more expensive than if you were to get all the hardware and assemble yourself. definately worth it. and the preformance is very good, I can run any demanding game (warzone 2, fortnite, GTA, elder scrolls) all on max settings. i paired this with twin 144hrz monitors and i am getting 144+ up to 200 FPS with max settings. says it is VR ready and will be trying my oculus on it soon.

Great for online gaming makes a noise when running expected it to be quiet thus 4 stars.

Good PC so far, will revert the fans for outflow. Unaware about changing the RGB though

This PC is a pretty solid if you are just getting i to gaming on a computer but i have found a major flaw. The side case traps in a lot of heat and doesn't add much air flow. If you plan on gaming on this rig for awhile i suggest changing it out or removing it entirely. The usb ports are cooked as well could use better QC.

My first time buying a CyberPowerPC and love it…..the diff colors I can choose is awesome

this was delivered all bent up and broken. returned it and was not able to get the same computer i had to get a slower one that i am still not happy with. best buy has fallen a good bit from where they used to be.

it was a very good computer that got the job done its just a little loud.

customer service was great, and the pc is really good for its price range.
