Great computer, would recommend to friends looking to get a new gaming PC!!

This is my first pc and I'm satisfied with it will recommend it to my friends

Happy with it but a little expensive. My kids love it, they use it for gaming.

All desktops come with different parts. This pc does not have type c.

Love it so far wish it came with more detailed instructions.

Have to improve the cooler system! But is really good!

air flow sucks and gpu has some problems here and there, i had to get a aio for my cpu and ill have to get more fans and better ones and place them correctly and have my gpu checked out

Arrived with a dead sound card and i tried to fix it for 3 hours until i got some tech support and i was told the sound card on the motherboard was broken so i spent 100 bucks for a new one

Wouldn't power on and a PC fan was detached and loose when I opened it. Took it back for another PC. The guys at BestBuy were the best and swapping out the PC for my IBUYPWER was easy! .

Within 2 months of owning this PC all the USB ports stopped working. Best Buy said they could fix for $100 +. Are you serious!!! Never again!! Terrible for the amount of money!!!

Never had a problem with cyber power in the past but the PC I ordered had a defective graphics card. Had to bring back to the store and swap it out for a different pc

If i could give it no stars i would. I bought this pc and from the moment i opened it, the graphics card was faulty and did not work.

This computer really blew my expectations away! Everything was really good from the way it looks, to the first time I turned it on and how it was ready to be used just from the get go. The graphics on this system are phenomenal and I average a really high amount of fps on games like Overwatch, Minecraft and Valorant. Overall this PC is a really good pick for people just getting their first pc or for veterans who just want a new computer.

On paper and for the money, this pc looks fantastic! Unfortunately it ended up being defective. I ordered online and had it shipped to the store. When I brought it home and hooked everything up, it would not boot up all of the way. I took it back to the store and ended up having to exchange it for another pc because of the way that it was built. Cords were pulled too tight, causing bending and splitting of wires and ports on the motherboard. So now I’m waiting another week for a new pc to arrive. Just really disappointed that things like this aren’t monitored better. The workers were really nice though and helped me pick out a different pc. Hopefully I’ll have better luck with a different brand.

Bought this pc yesterday and so far everything is working fine. My old laptop stopped working so it was time for a new pc. It is fast and quiet. Setting up and downloading the stuff I needed took like an hour so it was a pretty quicks setup. I have yet to test it on games but from what I'm seeing so far I have no doubt that it will be able to run todays games like clockwork. This is a very good purchase for a pre built.

Day one, cpu and gpu reaching critical temps, graphics card failed multiple times causing green dots and even black screens. The cpu cooler is the cheapest and most underperforming on the market. All fans were turned to intake air causing it to be not unlike an oven. In too of that there was not an ounce of thermal paste between the cpu and the fan.
