If you are looking for a cheaper PC that is still really good, this is the PC to go with. It already come with a keyboard and mouse so you are all set up. It runs very well but you may need to get a Wi-Fi adapter because I had some issues with connection, but you can get those for $10.

Would not show up on monitor tried for 2 hours straight not working, went to best buy to get th issue fix and of course fhey want to charge extra find the issue when we jsut took it out of the box!

Best Buy buying AND returning experience was 5 star, the product-not so much. Pc lasted an hour or two before the screen went black and wouldn’t boot. Please search this issue before buying. I think it may not be all of these computers but it is a “thing”. Also your search will give you insight into the manufacturers customer service.

Very disappointed in the wifi adapter built into PC. Either the range is ridiculously awful or it just doesn’t work. My 10yr old PC gets wifi speeds at 40mb/s. This PC in the exact same spot is 2mb/s. If I can’t run off wifi on a brand new $1500 PC then you guys can have this really bad product back. Just terrible. Never again.

Excellent PC with insane FPS. This PC came to me in excellent condition and insane speed, graphics and performance. 10/10 would buy. 900 fps on VALORANT in the range! PC had no issues and setup was very simple. Thank you CyberpowerPC

This is a great pc for beginners as the price for piece is amazing. i would recommend swapping the fans around for better performance though, in all the Pc is amazing and would 100% recommend to friends, family, and strangers looking to get a Pc for beginners or people looking to upgrade

TRASH!! Second PC from Best Buy that was defective. Will never purchase a pc or from Best Buy again after these back to back terrible experiences.. Done with PC & Best Buy!

The PC itself out the box was pretty good. The set up and installing was very easy anyone can really do it with no problems. Only problems I found in the PC was with the fans. I had to flip them for better air flow but the fans themselves felt pretty cheap. So I would recommend buying fans to replace the original. With the cooling I would recommend upgrading the CPU cooler, it can get a little hot to fast sometimes. Also would recommend upgrading SSD but 500GB is alright but it would be better to have more. As for Cable Management, when you open the back part of the PC case the cables seem very clustered. As if someone just didn't want to put in the time to organize cables but it isn't that hard to fix yourself to make things a little more organized. But as for performance, with games like Warzone and open world games it runs pretty smooth. A little fps drops here and there but doesn't happen to often but you can get pretty good gameplay out of any game you want to play. I would recommend this PC but to those who are willing to pay a little extra for upgrades such as fans, coolers, etc. Overall this PC is actually pretty good for what it is and would recommend it, but again to those who are willing to pay extra for upgrades.

Once it arrived I plugged it in and got it set up after using cyberpowers easy directions then I used it for 2 weeks with 200 fps with games on medium settings and a good 60 on ultra settings. So it's definitly a decent pc but it does overheat so a new cooling system is probably needed soon.

Its november 4th 5 months later and the pc wont turn on…. Over night i shut it off all the time this morning i went to power it on to get some school work done and wont work…. The worst

The PC works amazing. LED lights plug was not plugged in on the motherboard so I can to plug it in myself. Also the PC gets quiet hot when playing Fortnite but so far the performance has been amazing. I'm able to run game setting at their max and with good FPS while browsing the internet and doing other things. My only issue is that the PC does get quiet hot when gaming. Not sure of the reason.

I've had this PC since the holdiays and it is amazing! Easy set up. Starts up fast. Runs all games flawlessly, no glitch or lag on Fortnite, Call of Duty, Fallout, etc. No problems what so ever. Nice looking as well! Good purchase!

I needed a good PC so I could play games with my friends. The PC came in well packaged and had a sleek design. It was well wrapped and the internal parts were protected. It would run games perfectly fine with High-Ultra graphics; however, it would overheat. The fans were extremely loud which bothered me. Overall, the PC was a great purchase and I love it!

tried to restore it but it malfuctioned couldnt log on as admin or guest so took it back think it got banged up in shipping the box had huge holes in it.

The cyber power pc model C series is the best pc I’ve ever had. It can handle all the games I play at max frames and performance values and is very straight forward and easy to setup. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Product did not work. Returned to manufacturer but still have not gotten the replacement product from the manufacturer delivered. This is very disappointing

Amazing speeds. From the time I push the power button, I can be logged in, launch, and already be playing Warcraft in less than 50 seconds. This computer can handle Warcraft at Ultra High graphics levels with ease.

I am very impressed with this pc. It was very simple to setup. It is very pretty, and obviously does what i need it to do. I've have had zero issues with it. Ot has plenty of storage and is very quick.

Really? Its 2022 and we cant have a computer that allows us to plug speakers in? Absolutely pathetic. Very upset i wasted so much money on a big box of useless junk. Dont buy!!

very fast and great graphics easy and fast set up.
