Needs work out of the box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the money this is a great PC it would cost more to build this than buy. The only problem I have is the case sucks and the cooling sucks. My CPU was constanly hitting 90+ celsius when playing. I also noticed my CPU is overclocked to around 4ghz instead of the 2.1 so be aware of that. After i have fixed all the issues the temps are running in the 60s when playing. Also the fans they come with are fixed rate which does not help and the CPU cooler is a joke. I added 3 pwm fans and a peerless assain 120 SE for the cooler and its not properly running. Make sure to check CPU temps if you have one so you dont burn out your equipment.

But I will say this, I have a headset that has a microphone imbedded in it, and i plugged it into the headphone jack, but it will only function for sound, and not as a mic.

Cyberpower PC Works Flawlessly

There were no problems with the device when I removed it from the packaging, and I have been able to use it to its fullest capacity. The instructions for setup were clear and helpful, which led to a very short time between reception and final product. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat.

Overall Good, but with some issues

When it came in, there was something not working with it. We had to send it back to the manufacturer and get a new one. But now it seems to be working fine.

COMPUTER WORKS GREAT!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to bestbuy twice. the first time i picked up a laptop different brand thinking that the laptop was powerful enough to render 4k video i brought it home. well i went back a few days later disappointed because i dont like returning things and wanted to keep the laptop but it just would not work no ones fault but mine for choosing something less expensive. the return process though went smoothly. i explained my issues and thought bestbuy would have said no but thankfully they had no issues with the return, so i went to the back and and asked to speak to the best computer guy. i told him everything. how i want to render 4k and eventually 3d print and use the computer for processes that would take a lot of power. he recommended this one it was in stock and he explained how the 3060ti with the i7 12th gen would be able to handle all i needed. only time will tell how future proof this PC really is. but i just hope to get a minimum of 5 years out of it. the render speeds for 4k insta360 video are much fasted then the laptop. thank you. btw follow me on youtube CoreyMichels
