Horrible Experience with product

Also, it was advertised as a Nvidia graphic card and comes with a MSI graphic card. They are completely different companies and not advertised as a MSI. I ran the computer one day playing DAYZ and the computer gets extremely hot!! Overall, i am very unhappy with this experience and will be returning it before the 14 day window. I dont recommend buying this PC.

OLD HARDRIVE BUT NEW PRICE

Here now in May of 2024, the C drive STOPPED WORKING. It just FROZE. I have a great technician here that tried to save it, but said that it had 56,000 hours on it. HOW??? I bought it BRAND NEW!!! I suspect that this Cyberpower machine is built by the company or one of it's subsidiaries and repackaged as NEW. So, be careful when purchasing from big box stores like Best Buy. This sin't the 1st time I've had issues with a repackaged machine. But since they're the only ones left, I give them chances. Other things it's ok...but be careful with computers.

Fantastic and beautiful

I got the cyperpowerpc instead and haven't had an issue since! Also, the coloring is very cool looking!

Not too pleased with purchase

I did the initial start up and windows wasn't installed right. I could not download microsoft store app and download any apps also the led lights wont work. Well only one LED light is working. All the fans are running though. I dont know what to do. Ill stop by Best Buy see if they have any solutions.

Great Starter!

The case is sleek and the glass sides look very good. The rgb fans worked great for me and the keyboard and mouse are exceptional compared to some others like omen or ibuypower.

It was a good experience through best buy and cyberpower so far no complaints about anything. I definitely recommend.

No good
