Well packaged, and looks really good, the only problem is the cooling because it isn't the best

I bought this pc earlier today,and it has been running very smoothly. This is my first PC I've ever gotten and it's for my architecture classes with a little gaming. It is straightforward to getting started and instructions helped a bunch. My only complaint is that my mouse came broken with a giant crack in the front and the buttons on the back are poorly connected. It still works and overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

This PC is perfect. Easy to set up and you don't even have to put anything together. Everything is just right in tower all set up. Runs fast and easily the best out there!

Was worried about the small hole in the box when I opened up, but once I removed the wrapping the PC was in good condition. I opened the inside, removed the protective foam and checked the connections inside. The components on the inside were secure and not loose. I am fortunate enough to not have any shipping damage, the case / case screws were not bent. Once setting up windows and installing some games, I'm able to enjoy my favorite games on smoother FPS. PC works as intended. This is my second purchase for a PC by CyberPower, my first was in 2015(Which continues to work good to this day).

Everything is working as it should. It took me awhile to figure out how to change the lights and I did not find to much information online. All you need to do is download asus rgb and then you should be able to sync the lights and change them.

I bought a Cyberpower PC from Bestbuy and couldn't be happier with it. It runs fast and everything I need and so much more. Fortnite, Minecraft, and all other games run fast without lag.

Works well. It can run high power games like fallout 76 and roblox studio. It wasn't hard to set up. it required minimal work. A good pc as my first.

Overall this is a great pc and I'm extremely satisfied. But I just want to give folks a heads up before purchasing. First off the 2 side fans need to be flipped. There set to exhaust meaning that there is no cool air coming in which creates a vacuum. Like most pre-built computers on this website the factory cpu cooler is very subpar. It's extremely loud if you play high demand games and temps go through the roof. Of course this can be solved by just wearing headphones but in the long run its not good for your cpu. Its an extremely powerful, 12 core, 20 thread beast so I highly suggest upgrading it with at least an air cooler or a 240-360 AIO cooler. When you do upgrade more than likely you will also need to buy a separate $5-$10 LGA 1700 mounting kit that goes with the new cooler because there default mounting kits don't support the new cpu sockets. This may seem like a lot but thankfully I knew this going in so it was easy fix for me. And hopefully now it will be the same for you!

Very pleased with the PC. Was looking for the best combo of cpu, storage and graphics card and this PC has it all. It's actually my second purchase since I was so pleased with the first one. Now each of my kids has a high powered machine.

This pc works prefectly with pcvr, can run games at high fps, and has a reasonable amount of storage. However, the mouse and keyboard are not the best. The mouse is really heavy, and the keyboard is a membrane type.

this was my first pc and for the price its going at right now its considered a steal which in my experience having it so far it works perfectly

I love this PC is great for gamers and it was exactly what I was looking for and the price is crazy affordable I definitely recommend it

My husband bout me this computer for my birthday a couple months ago. I love all the RGB light settings, and now I am able to actually play video games a lot better than my other computer! This was definitely a win!
