Bought the computer a few weeks ago haven't had many issues. The main one I've had is the computer likes to randomly restart its done it probably twice on me since I got it. But overall great computer and does what I need it to do.

Needed an upgrade from a 2006 era Cyber computer that didnt break the bank.

PC looks nice and keyboard and mouse are good quality. Gave it 3 stars because it is a little bit loud when running games and the bluetooth doesn't work on mine. Besides those two things, everything else is good.

new to the pc world its fast pace graphics or good.

Have had a few issue in the 1st few weeks. Hopefully all good.

It worked ok. I returned it though because the LED lights on the fans would not turn off after i pressed shut down on the computer. The weird thing was it turned off when i put computer to sleep

Windows was not installed correctly and there's a problem with the graphics card. The PC needs to be returned and reordered.

Don't buy this computer, best buy won't support it even if it comes with a manufacturer warranty. They want to you buy their overpriced plan. Otherwise they make you go to the manufacturer even though they support other items that have a manufacturer warranty. Even after calling to ask if I can bring in it and being told yes, they turned me away in the store.

Had to replace immediately after buying. Have had to drag it back to Best Buy for Geek Squad 3 times after that!!! Buyer Beware!!

Died after a couple weeks. Luckily I purchased the protection plan. I'll be returning it.

As soon as I start any game my CPU goes straight to 90-100 Celsius right after I bought it.

PC started blue screening rapid fire less then 45 days old....

This is my first pc; I was told this a good PC and I'm so glad I got it. its powerful for a good price easy to us and set up too. I would recommend this pc to anyone.

My previous i7 PC was struggling to handle popular games like Elden Ring, Valorant, and Fortnite, with constant lag and freezing issues. Thankfully, my wife agreed it was time for an upgrade, and it had been five years since I built our last PCs. After considering the cost, I realized it would be just as economical to buy a pre-built one. The new PC is housed in a sleek Mid-tower case, offering plenty of space for storage. I found it convenient that it accommodated 2x 3.5 or 4x 2.5 SSD hard drives in the lower left section, and the connectors were neatly tucked away behind the Power Supply. On the top front of the case, there are 2x USB ports, audio jacks, as well as power and reset buttons. Unless you have a very tight space, this setup won't be a problem at all. Comes with a RGB keyboard, RGB mouse, and wireless antennas. Assembling the PC wasn't a straightforward process; I had to read the instructions carefully before getting started, as it wasn't ready to use right out of the box. But once I removed the foam from the internal space, everything fell into place smoothly. I had my son test run some Steam games directly from the C drive, and there were no issues whatsoever. Once we were satisfied with the setup, we decided to enhance the PC even further. We went on to upgrade the PC with some hardware additions: 4x16 (64GB) CORSAIR - VENGEANCE RGB 32GB 5600MHz DDR5 C40 Desktop Memory Kit to boost performance. 2TB Samsung - 870 EVO Internal SSD to install games and other programs, while leaving OS files on the M2 stick. 4TB WD - Blue Internal SATA Hard Drive for ample storage and backup. Fortunately, the PC recognized the new hardware flawlessly, except for a minor hiccup with Secure Boot. In the BIOS, it showed that Secure Boot was enabled, but the System Information indicated that Smart Boot was disabled. Since Secure Boot was essential for running Valorant and WIN11, I easily fixed it by toggling the Secure Boot setting from Enabled to Custom and back to enabled. My son and wife had no complaints about the PC, and overall, it has been a very worthwhile purchase. Furthermore, registering the PC came with a bonus - a free mouse pad was sent to us. Just got the mousepad within a week. In conclusion, this PC upgrade has been outstanding, and I'm delighted with its performance. It effortlessly handles the most demanding games, and with the added hardware, it's even more of a powerhouse. If you're in the market for a new PC, I highly recommend considering this one.

Easy to set up right out of the box. LEDs are fun to mess around with. I got this as my son's first "real gaming" PC. The hardware is not necessarily top spec, but everything he has played looks excellent and has no performance issues. I did not realize it came with a keyboard and mouse, and both look good. Lots of customization for each piece, and good performance. Every 10 year olds dream right?

Excellent PC, easy to set up, graphics are amazing and can run my games on optimal settings. Also got a great deal during the 4th of July sales. The keyboard and mouse that some's with it are also excellent additions and optimize my gaming experience. As a Vtuber and streamer, I need something that can really run a lot of heavy duty systems all at once. 10/10 would recommend.

Was a decent purchase until I learned these pcs really hate running on a single 16gb stick of ram.Bought a second stick of T force and it would not detect it.I swapped over to corsair vengance rgb xmp and it works excellent now.Only reaon for the 4 star is the seller lied about the board to make a sale.He told me it was a z790 and its not it is a gigabyte b760.Not a big deal,but dont lie about it.Especially when I see the 40 series models coming in pretty close to the same price as my rtx 3060 ti oc edition.

I love this PC. IO am not a gamer, but I use a lot of Adobe Graphics products such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and so forth. This computer is very fast while working with Adobe software products. I have Microsoft Flight Simulator and it runs great. I recommend this PC to others.
