Coming from laptops and tablets to complete grad school. This is a game changer. The ability to have endless tabs open, while watch darn near anything is amazing. I can now also try to play games and edit projects for work and school. Additionally the staff helping was very knowledgeable and help full.

Bought this pc one week ago and it worked fine the first couple of days. On day 2 or 3 it popped up with a window to download the MSI drivers. So i did. After that my background screen wouldnt stay on and the picture (set to change periodically) never changed. It would just go to balnk screen plus icons and tool bar. A couple of days later my computer would crash and reboot itself several times upon startup. I would have to physically push the power button to shut down, turn it back on, wait for the window to troubleshoot, go through the step to try and repair and it would say it was unable to fix the problem. However, it would allow me to log in and play. If i shut down the computer at the end of my session, i would have to repeat all steps listed above to use again. My husband called the manufacturer and they tried to walk him through the steps to fix the problem but it wouldnt recognize the cpu. They said it is a known problem and gave us the information and shipping label to return to be fixed.

It was an okay experience, it just made me unhappy that it came with WiFi 5 which doesn't even work right (First pc was able to provide 330mbps down with some changes in network adapter however this second one i got after replacement does not even provide 200, not matter how many driver updates or reinstallation of drivers.) and updating drivers is somehow not a smooth process for this one. I might even have to get a new WiFi card as replacing 2 PCs did not solve the issue and neither could cyberpower.

Great pc easy to setup and fast compared to my old one

Love it!! My first gaming PC and I am so excited. So easy to set up and clear instructions. My only issue I am having so far is with my keyboard spacebar but I am planning on getting a different keyboard in the future anyway.

I have never had a PC before, and I have so much fun with this one. I haven't had any problems with it thus far, and when buying it I didn't know it came with a keyboard and mouse so that's cool!

Pretty good pc so far. Everything looked professionally done and the performance for the money was worth it. Games run very well and is a great starter pc to have.

Have only had it for a few days but so far it is running my games at a high level and running Premier Pro and processing my videos at a really high level. Changed out the RAM for a 32GB Cosair Vengance and although it was a pain in the butt to put together, it looks great now. Planning to upgrade to a liquid cooler in the near future.

A great computer, I haven't had any problems and it's totally worth it.

Runs fairly well for my first ever pc, can play any normal game on it. One note is I recommend having your WiFi wired in to it because if not you will hit a lot of frames and lag.

This is my first gaming PC and everything has been amazing. From the sales associate down to the setup of the PC. Very easy to set up and everything is working perfect.

It works amazing and I've had zero issues with it. I've updated it a few times and it still works perfectly. I've had it running through the night and it didn't overheat or anything.

I love this pc/ computer not only do I run on 240 fps on Fortnite I can also use it for any game or and browser I want this is for sure a good thing pc but the fame could be a bit better
