It's okay
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Can't get bluetooth to work even after uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, troubleshooting it, and checking for updates. One of the fans has also for no reason stopped working. I asked for help on the questions page for why my bluetooth does not work and if I could fix it and I did not get a response either. It runs pretty well at least.

I was nervous about shipping so I elected to pick up in the store instead and was very happy to see no damage to the pc.

Not a bad gaming PC that does not hurt the wallet

I bought it to flight sim and it has been doing the job well. I know there are higher spec options on the market, but this is great for my budget.

Beware of i7 and i9 Crashes

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Desktop PC uses the i7 CPU chip that is listed as one of Intel's cpu chip that is crashing under high demand. There is a software BIOs update coming out that claims to fix this issue. They believe it is a micro code causing over voltage to the CPU which causes permanent damage. Another independent researcher says it could be in the GPU. Bottom line: at this point they are still guessing. Best Buy and pc maker are aware of this and some has extended their warrenty to cover any pc that has a damaged CPU. HOWEVER, Cyberpower has not extended their warrenty. Right now my desktop is working fine. I do video editing and have not put it in a high demand state. I would recommend getting a pc using an AMD chip.
