Nonstop crashing.

But then, it randomly started having the blue screen of death. That should not be happening at all within the first 2 weeks of owning it. On top of that, whenever it did decide to work, it would sometimes turn itself off with no explanation. Because I just barely fall short of the return date (September 29th), I can’t get any kind of assistance for it. I was given the manufacturer number and while they gave information I can attempt, they won’t do an exchange either. Saying it would have to go through best buy. Minor annoyances with is includes the RGB lights not being able to change colors unless you install a separate software. Other than that, the specs are great but I would not recommend this product. It’s unlikely you’ll get to see the it’s good qualities.
