    We bought this PC on January 28, 2025. My son was happy. But only until April 10 and since then PC is dead. Called to tech support. They sent me an instruction to test power supply. Followed the instruction. Power supply is blown up. Now I must send my PC or power supply box to CyberpowerPC to California paying myself for shipping. Says it company's policy. So sad

    When i got this it was great but then the pc started to lag for no reason then now it doesn’t wanna turn on i cleaned the ram and tried and different hdmi and different monitor and it doesn’t work

    Blue screen on startup. Went and exhanged it for another cyberpower and it happened AGAIN. 2 BSODs from 1300+ dollar computers. NEVER buying cyberpower again. Would NEVER recommend.

    Processor overheats, loud fan all the time, keyboard doesn't work. Contacted customer service and they have been unresponsive for a month after multiple attempts.

    I went through two of these towers within two weeks. One was a corrupted motherboard and the second was never confirmed to me but it would not register any input/output devices.

    If I could give this computer a no star I would, but alas that is not an option. We got one of these and it would crash so much with a "Critical Process Failure" blue screen that it was pretty much impossible to use. We then returned that one and got a new one of the same kind. We had our hopes up cuz everything was connected inside upon arrival unlike the last one, just for the second one to not power up at all.

    Yeah apparently the power supply brand (APEVIA) has a tendency to catch on fire or fry your components. Ended up returning it to be safe.

    Hello, I purchased the PC recently, got it turned on and when I first tried just using google chrome it briefly flashed a blue screen then shut down. This then occurred again hours later when I tried to enjoy a game. I hope this is fixable with remote support but if it won’t be this needs to be fixed for free in person as I have the 1-yr warranty and just bought it during the holiday season. I will change my rating if I get support.

    Computer parts looked promising and I read over all of the reviews but the one I got for my partner had so many issues. A broken bluetooth inside, broken audio ports and the PC kept shutting down and crashing. Would not buy. I love this brand and cyberpower but this PC is not it

    wont run any games at all they sold me a piece of junk and i actually think they sold me a broken computer , it fails to run any game and i cant even return it

    I bought this for my son and had to return it two weeks later. Took home another which crashed a few days after that. Took home a third one which seemed good for about a month and it has become a paperweight.
