The pc kept crashing after 2 weeks on having it and also after it got tuned its almost like it made it worst because the computer wouldn’t stay on for longer than 5 minutes

Blue screen of death after 4 months of use. Best Buy will not help. CyberPowerPC wants me to send it back at my cost of $400 shipping.

Bluetooth doesn’t work on it. Can’t find Xbox controllers

Had to take it back 2 time to swap it out keep crashing on me every time I started up the pc.

Great pc, but it didn't last more than 3 weeks before I got the blue screen of death and had to return it.

So far I have enjoyed the PC, it was easy to set up and had fast updates. The stickers indicating where to plug in the monitor and power supply were really helpful so far I am enjoyed the PC. As someone who has not had a PC before this seems to run perfectly and is also quiet with no loud fans. or any slowness.

CyberPowerPC is a solid choice for anyone looking for a gaming PC or workstation. I’ve had one for a few months now, and I’m pretty impressed with the performance. The setup I got has a strong CPU, good graphics card, and a decent amount of RAM, so it runs games and software really well. What I liked the most was how customizable everything was – you can pick pretty much everything from the case to the cooling system.

I'm so glad I bought this. I spent a little more than I planned, I had just returned a cheap knock off model that I was sorely disappointed with, and I didn't want to have to go through that again. After extensive research I landed on this model at Best Buy. I'm so glad I did! It's fast, super fast! Easy set up, I was on line in minutes and had everything up and running in less than an hour. I'm not a hard-core gamer, but I'm running steam and roblox and Minecraft on this with no issues whatsoever. I can pay bills and even work from home on this if I need to. GREAT all around computer.

Love this, it was easy to set up and get working, great specs and runs my games smoothly with no problems. Had a pretty hefty gaming laptop that would crash with more demanding games, but this never does. (It also looks great and the fans are quiet)

I absolute love this computer I've had zero issues with it so far everything runs great even games released today run great on high/max settings. This is a great PC for the price if you're looking into getting into pc gaming

i have had zero issues with this thing. it really is a good deal for the price tag and will be able to run most modern games with no issues that i have found thus far.

The PC is great. When I opened it from the box, everything looked great and all of it was intact. When I finally turned it on, all except for one of the fans were spinning so that made me a little concerned but I only had to rearrange a cable, and it started spinning. Overall, it's a great PC and it runs perfectly fine.

Bought the PC about a week ago, everything works amazing, was ready to go out of the box!

Just received my PC today. Shipping was fast and no issues out of the box except for the preinstalled AURA sync app not working for some reason. this the only issue and only changes the RGB lights so not super concerned about it. hoping its an easy fix.
