Blue Screen During First Installation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The moment I bought the pc and I started the installation as per the provided document, it started crashing almost 10-15 times as I was trying to connect wifi and I saw the blue screen. But then I connected with LAN and it worked after multiple tries. Hopefully Best Buy/Cyberpower PC does address this issue and help me out. One more important thing was the box was not looking like a new one rather it was like a open box.

My biggest financial mistake
