I have had this PC for one day and it runs great... however there was small damage to the case and also two of the fans don’t light up as advertised....don’t know how to feel yet.

Based on the content that comes in this PC build it seems to be well worth the amount price was displayed. I'm in agreeance with others that building your own could be cheaper. Overall still a good PC so far. Hoping to not run into any issues for many years to come.

Boots fast, very happy so far. Make sure you register with cyberpower. Display Port connection is tight, but I was able to connect.

Got it the day it was expected. At first I had some issues powering it, but it turned out the RAM I installed myself was an issue, called Cyberpower and they helped me out with that. Had a perfect experience with this PC. I'd recommend this to a friend.

the best gaming computer i have owned. more than enough memory for all my games. frame rate is excellent with no stutter even during action sequences. vivid color and clarity also. the price was good for all the upgrades. couldn't be happier

The graphics are great for gaming, however the whole system does not have speakers. Not so easy to set up for a non IT person. Had to phone a friend.

After about 2 years of owning it the blue rgb lights have started to dim a little. But I’ve had the blue on for about 19 months straight. Decent pc for what you get

When I first got the PC, it worked fine. Nothing seemed to be damaged at all and the PC ran well. Before I could play any games I noticed that I wasn't able to open any ".jar" files. After trying solutions for nearly two hours I decided to just reset the pc (wiping everything off of it using the "Reset My PC" feature on windows) because I assumed that was the only thing that could fix it. It seemed to be going through the process of resetting the PC just fine but during the reboot process, it would turn on for maybe 5 seconds and then turn off again, and repeat. The PC is still currently just turning off and on over and over without me touching it. I never messed with it during the reset process, so I have no idea what caused this. I'm very disappointed because I was looking forward to playing with this PC, only for it to be defective.

One of the best starting gaming computers out there. Great processing speeds. It does not over heat. My 15 year old son leaves it on all day sometimes and it does not over heat. In the words of my son its good at everything.

This is my first ever gaming PC and I couldn't be happier with this product. The design is absolutely beautiful and I have been playing my favorite games on a whole new level. Definitely make the switch to PC from console.

For the price that we were looking for this PC seemed to work out and we bought it. The whole setup process was seamless from start to end. The PC functions great for my son who's been using it for the past month.

Honestly, one of my best purchases I've made. Im able to do coding, graphic designing, video editing, and hard core gaming. The fans are pretty quiet. And the system stays at a cool temperature.

bought this and was eerie about it since it’s a prebuilt. once it got here and ive set it up i was extremely excited! but then i started experiencing annoying issues like some games crashing although having an rtx2060 super and an i7. these arent extremely graphic straining games either, these are games like overwatch, osu!, sometimes valorant, and warzone (even on lowest settings it still crashes) i’ve tried reinstalling graphics drivers, downloaded cpu drivers. nothing helped

The PC is very very good, its very fast and i like everything about the design and the other stuff, i recommend to everyone, i very very like it.

I'm new to computers but after playing with this one it seems nice haven't had anything happen and I like space on it compared to consoles. Now I see why people say, PC master race.

This Pc works simple Yelp fine excerpt the DisplayPort it is almost imposible to plug in and I still can not plug it in I have to play on 60 he when I have a 144hz monitor!its like playing on a 200$ pc this needs to be fixed.

Owned this PC since May 2020 and I haven't had any issue. PC is quiet and incredibly fast. Great PC for the price. The only component I see myself upgrading is the SSD.

This is a really great starter pc. The only issue I had was, it is literally impossible to find any information on the mobo they it comes with.

Overall, haven't had any issues. Not sure where the complaints about the HDMI port come from, as it's perfectly accessible.
