The first one I bought was used and put out as new. Got it home it wouldn’t boot up, colored lines over a blue screen, no manuals, disks or info. Went back to Best Buy said it sounded like my monitor purchased a new monitor went home to try that, same thing. Went hack again ended up buying a more expensive computer only thing they had in stock. New one is working good but wouldn’t recommend buying from Best Buy

Out of the box 100x better than my old gaming laptop cons wish it had two hdmi ports for monitors had to go pick up a hdmi to dp adapter pros everything else

This machine is everything I thought it would be. Shipped in perfect condition, and was up and running within minutes of unboxing. I couldn't be happier.

Ive had this computer for a month now. Everything runs great other than the graphics card, which is actually a gigabyte branded card and I didnt notice until a few days ago. NOT AN NVIDIA GRAPHICS CARD. Still runs everythng fine but it does reach 80-85c with some games and can make a weird vibrating noise within the gpu when it starts running hard.

Amazing product would 100% recommend you getting. Cost is high but for what you are getting its worth it.

My 16 year old LOVES his new gaming PC. He saved up all summer from his first job to buy it and it's absolutely perfect!

Overall the computer seems to work well. Fast. Well assembled. The case has some nice points like the heavy glass side panel instead of cheap plastic like you would normally see. So why two stars you might ask? Because you can't plug in the video cables. The case is designed such that it has a protrusion right above the video card and the video ports are so close that you can't plug in the cables. I've temporarily moved the card down to the bottom slot to get it working but I'm going to have to find skinny cable ends or snip the plastic casing off the ends to see if I can get them in and hope I never have to unplug them. You'll see a lot of complaints about this in the reviews. It's true... And the only response is to call support. Support can't alter physics - there's no way to plug in the cables and that's really embarrassing that you're selling a $1250 computer and no one on the design team bothered to plug in multiple monitors.

Great gaming PC...the only thing I can really say is one stick of RAM wasn’t secured on arrival, easy fix though.

This desktop is one of the best purchases ever. I really reccomend it if your looking for a windows 10 pc.

This is a very nice computer and everything runs smoothly and is aesthetically pleasing. But wow! What an absolutely terrible design for the ports! I legitimately NEED to shave down my cables just to get the DisplayPort in! And even then, it’s still not easy to get it in! Come on man!
