Graphics card fried

And it proved to be a bad idea. Started at the unboxing. The expandable foam insert meant to hold the graphics card in place,was not put in at all correctly, according to their own picture diagram. It was placed and expanded directly underneath it. So it pushed straight up into it. Putting pressure where it shouldnt be.took me 20 minites to just get the foam out. Then on to the software/hardware. It came with a dvd driver updater,with no internal dvd drive. No big deal,except there was no link to update with it. Went to the website hoping to find links. Nope they just said go to each individual manufacturers website and do it. Not to consumer friendly. Did all that,proceeded to game for a grand total of 3 hours. And then "pop" the computer shut down and the graphics card never recovered. Was vented just fine and not running hot at all. No idea why,but if i had to hazard a guess. It would be due to the really poor packing job it arrived in,with crazy amounts of vertical pressure smashing up on the graphics card for who knows how long. I could go on. But im done devoting time,returned it following day to them saying its really common TL;DR computer was in my house for 10 hours before graphics card fried,due to poor management of packing and hardware. Returned it next day.
