    Looks nice, they used decent quality components, probably could have built it for just a bit less than the purchase price. They gave zero thought to actually being able to plug any cables into the gpu when designing this PC. I do not have a display port cable that will actually plug in because the port is right at the edge of the case. This is going to be a serious pain in the butt to remedy. Everything else is good, but designing a gaming PC that you can't easily plug your video cables into is just idiotic.

    Worked great for the first two weeks. I would have given 5 stars two weeks ago. Bought this as a present for my teen as an end of the school year gift and surviving quarantine. 2 weeks after, the system crashes and gives the blue screen error. Unable to successfully reboot it after many tips, reviews and youtube videos. We are not a tech savvy family— stuck taking it to a repair shop.

    Beware of problems with the graphic card, wifi and also micro and speaker. Other than that, this Desktop works fast

    Do your homework on the manufacturer good and bad

    They will argue that it is free of defects. I had a Wi-fi card that defective. I plug in a thumb drive wi-fi got better connection than the intel card installed from factory. It sucked got only a 5 mps on the speed test. Received 35 on the thumb wifi. without booster. My wireless modem is 60 feet away.

    Don’t buy this pc just cause it has good specs its the tiny things that will cost you when my pc came yesterday and all the HDMI ports and the Dp ports did not work and also some USB ports did not work i advise you not to buy this pc I wouldn’t recommend it

    Most specs on this pc are good enough to believe along with the price. However, mine stopped working properly a week after I received it. Hopefully if you get this product nothing breaks, but with other reviews I see that this is a common problem.

    Computer graphics card does not work properly

    Everything is great with best buy and cyberpower pc. When I got new computer the graphics card had some problems. I am now working with cyberpowerpc for the repair of the computer. Cyberpower PC has been great to work with though.

    Would not hesitate to buy CyberPower ever

    There are some cheaper parts in this unit but I've had it going on four years now with ZERO complaints. My only suggestion would be to pop in an additional 16gb of ram. This was purchased in August of 2020. Im writing the review in December 2024. I can still play most AAA games on high or ultra without issues. 10/10 would buy again!

    Deliery was great and early, downside I had the computer for 2:00 hours turned on 1 hour mind you I didn’t even use I had to run a errand come back go to a website so I look for a capture card I want to get and then bam computer shuts off randomly, keyboard still lights up like it has power but pc doesn’t turn back on. Will update post after I find out how to fix or get replaced.

    I have just opened the box a month after I purchase it and it doesn’t work I called tec support and they said it had a defective ram and to ship it to California for repairs, this is highly unacceptable after spending 1700 bucks and it doesn’t work, I’m gonna try a Best Buy local to see if they can help,

    Hardware light switch stayed down when pressed. Lights cannot be turned on again. Tech support said a new panel was required. Will not send panel until registered. Registration will not accept my mailing address. Had computer one month and want to return it for full refund
