Customers are saying

Customers regard the Gamer Xtreme Gaming Desktop as a high-performing machine, particularly praising its speed, graphics capabilities, and ease of use. Many appreciate the machine's price-to-performance ratio and ability to run demanding games smoothly at high frame rates. However, some users experienced issues with the HDMI port placement and reported higher-than-expected temperatures under heavy load. A few also noted concerns about the case design and fan functionality.

This computer has not turned out good. It is not a year old and every once in a while it gives me errors and enters the BIOS. Yesterday I played well and today when I turn it on he tells me that he has a problem in starting

It looks cool....but it will not hold a signal to save its life. Everything is updated to the most current version, and when I plug in a USB wifi enhancer, it works fine. The router is right next to me.... something has to be defective

Love it. It plays games brilliantly and I'm nearly 4 years in. Only one complaint is about the hdmi and displayPort have a very narrow access area so i had to go through a few cables to find one that would fit.

First Gaming PC, loving it so far!

As someone who is new to PC gaming after playing on Xbox for years, I have been pretty impressed with what this machine can do compared to my old Xbox One. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to really test the machine out on the biggest games since my internet isn't really setup yet at my new place. However, I got to play Fallout: New Vegas and that was enough to convince me to never go back to a console again. Out of the box, it took a minute to get things plugged in with my monitor and get things started. I did have a persistent issue with getting Windows to start initially, but I figured out that it was just my outdated HDMI cables causing the problem (got a Direct Port now). After that, it was a joy to see everything turn on and working so smoothly compared to my Lenovo Yoga laptop. The extra processing power (Intel i7 8-core at 3.0 GHz) is definitely a level up from my Intel i5, and the SSD has spoiled me with load times (it doesn't take five minutes to walk through a door in Fallout anymore!). As far as your options go, this is your best option as for a mid/high-tier gaming PC if you're willing to invest in something more long-term and powerful. While I know not everyone has the funds to go for something like this, it was worth it for me to go a little above what I was thinking ($1000 or less) for the sake of longevity. In about a year or so, those cheaper but older graphics cards (NVIDIA 1660/1670, etc.) will get you through the day but they won't keep up with the latest games and give you a quality performance. That's what the associate at Best Buy told me when I asked for his advice on my first gaming PC, and I am glad I listened to him. And I also agree with him that this is your best option for a pre-built, mid/high-tier gaming PC for the longevity, power, and the investment.

This pc is perfect for a beginner. This is my very first pc ever and I’m not disappointed. It was very easy to set up and start playing my games. I play COD, Witcher, Tarkov, and Hunt showdown on ultra high with ease. I see all the reviews about the case blocking cord attachments but I had no issue. My Xbox one issued HDMI fits in place and so did my display cable. Wi-Fi runs smooth, but I use ethernet for most of my gaming. I’m a PC fan for life thanks to this great looking and powerful PC

This computer takes maybe 5 seconds to start up, its very fast and snappy and runs most if not all video games I have so far on Max settings. I play a lot of older titles from 2010-2015 and they all run between 150-240 FPS. I have a 144hz monitor for reference. It can easily support audio/video production programs too. It looks pretty cool as a bonus and the keyboard and mouse that comes with it are aesthetically pleasing.

I wasn't planning on buying a new machine but my old rig died, and so I needed one. I kept having friends telling me to build one (which I've done before), but felt I didn't want to go through the steps of specing one and then building it. I looking around and came across this model I read the reviews, looked for videos on it (only found videos of other models, but still gave me good info), and did online searches. I pulled the trigger and expected it to arrive on July 2nd and it came in today, and I picked it up at lunch. ...... Set up was easy, plug and play. Setting up Windows took no time too. I made sure to download some things and put them on the 1TB drive instead of the SSD. ..... The one thing I kept seeing on the reviews were comments on the way the video card was installed, but my card didnt' have any issues getting cables plugged in. I also got a Gigabyte card, which was nice to see a name brand. ..... The thing looks great with the RGB fans, and seems to run pretty quiet compared to my old one (which as I said died and could have been the hard drive starting to make noise, but it always had a bit of a loud sound from day one). ..... Keyboard and mouse are basic, using my gaming stuff I have, and it was loaded without issue. ..... Playing on a basic monitor, need to get a new one with higher hz, but still at 1900x1200 and it looks fantastic. ..... Also, Zoom virtual backgrounds work on this system really well, for those in Zoom meetings these and see others using the program.

So far I just got my PC today so I will update this review as I continue. I currently am using a bad monitor and will upgrade soon. But so out of the box the pc looks great, a little bit confused as to why the internet wasn't working but they included antenas that just needed to be screwed on the back panel. Also, they gave a software disk but I am not sure if we need to install that. nothing bad has happened so far so I am assuming no? I love the rgb fans and there are 4 so it is pretty cool. There is a button on the top panel that switches between I think it is 14 different modes. The mouse and keyboard are ok quality, good for beginners but I had previous ones that were much better and so I used them. Definitely still good and they are backlit. Also, the pc has amazing specs for an amazing price. I went to build this by myself and it came out to around the same price. I have only played valorant so far and I have 240+ frames on it which is perfect. Instructions were also pretty clear. I think this has the ability to be an AMAZING pc.

The pc overall is great and works wonders, gaming with rtx is a dream come true. Although let it be known that are a few minor setbacks that i encountered. Firstly, the computer makes little to no noise until you run a game, then the pc turns into a loud jet engine so you may want to use headphones or hopefully you have loud speakers to drown out the noise. Second the mouse that was shipped with the pc i received was damaged, customer service was very effective and we handled the issue within 5 minutes, although it is messed up that i have to wait 10-15 days for the new mouse. They offered me one day shipping with forty dollar price tag! which i found to be very unfair since i am not the one who broke the mouse to begin with, luckily i still have my old six button mouse to use in the mean time, Other than that the pc is amazing and runs games really well with no hiccups. Would definitely look into purchasing this if you are considering.
