For the price some of the hardware is older but still gets the job done. If your looking for a gaming pc for light gaming and day to day for this buy would be worth it.

I love it I've had zero problems, made sure everything was connected properly when I took it out of the box set it up and its ran any game I've put on it! I absolutely love this it was a great start in to pc gaming!

THIS WAS A GREAT COMPUTER. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT HARDWARE WOULD EASLIY COME UNSEATED ON THE MOTHERBOARD CAUSING THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH. GRABBED A BETTER MODEL SO FAR NO ISSUES. HAPPY GAMING ALL!

Pc is good for my child's first gaming system. My son loves it and once he's a little more experienced he can build on his computer or just leave it the way it is. And its very stylish.

I bought two of these for my boys for Christmas and they love them. The lights on everything is really cool. It’s a great building computer. My daughter now wants one and I would definitely buy this one again.

I bought it for myself and my boys, and we all love it! I really loved the price and the guy who helped me pick one was very knowledgable about the product. he even helped me find one in my price range.

I gave this to my grandson. He's having a lot of fun with it. I haven't heard anything from him since I set it up for him, so I guess it must be working fine.

This purchase was for my son. We installed everything together a month ago, and now he is an expert! Very excellent start up computer for aspiring computer experts... ;) The colors make his room sooooo cool!

My daughter loves her new computer . It was easy to get up & running and the few times she needed help - she called Geek Squad - they dialed in & helped her.Geek Squad has definetly been worth the money

Not sure about this purchase. I bought 2 of these - 1 for each of my kids. The one worked great, the other one - I needed to repair the cooling fan 4x. No help from Best Buy in replacing. Was told that it was on Cyberpower to replace. Called Cyberpower and they said it was on Best Buy. I was left holding the bag. Finally, bought a cooling fan from another store and installed it - working for now, but shouldn’t have to replace the cooling fan 4x in less than 6 mos.

It didn't come with a mouse (it was ment to), didn't have lights like the picture showed either. Tried to call cyberpowers customer service and it said to leave my name and hang up

Brought this for my nephew for Christmas. He doesn't know yet. He had done the research and sent it to me as what he "wanted" . LOL I told him to forget. Excited to see his face Christmas morning!!!

I bought this computer for my son, if his grades start dropping you can believe the computer will be on Craigslist!! So far so good tho, great computer for his first, he says,"Fortnite all night!"

Fortnite fun! Everyone is getting into the game in the house and this is the perfect solution that doesn't break the bank! We're pleased with the power and results and don't "wish" for more!

Great starter computer. We were worried about games and graphics being slower but we haven’t run into the issue. Thanks Best Buy for another great buy!

went for this pc for my first one. didn’t really know how to build one when i got this. i would definitely recommend building a pc if you know how but if not go for this.

It's good for gaming but the bad/poor thing about this PC is that it's really slow when it comes to the internet browser.

My nephew received this pc for Christmas. It’s been about 2 weeks and he can’t be happier on how it runs and looks. P.S. The mouse and the tower has custom color changing effects.

This was a birthday present for my daughter to be able to play PC games that our old computer couldn't run. She LOVES it and the colors are so cool. Really neat looking PC!
