Hard Drive Issue
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The biggest issue with these types of Gaming PC is that they are put together by an individual. The one I bought kept crashing (blue screening with multiple errors) because the Hard drive wasn't properly built or installed. So although the price is great it's a gamble which I wouldn't risk again.

Slow due to Bloatwear

Do not buy

But I guarantee you if you buy this you are going to want to return it. Not only was several things broken on it, you could get a way better Processor and graphics card (etc) for a way better price. I sadly made the mistake on buying this not knowing how bad it is. It get's horrible frames in almost any games. Overclock crashes your PC frequently.(Over clock is Xboost) When I said multiple things were broken on it this is what was broken: Extra HDMI port, speaker ports. (Only headphones work on this) VGA port and the DVI port. If you are able to look at the back of one of these like if you are in store. On the top back part of the computer you will see a silver framed area which looks like the spot where you connect your monitor and speakers etc. NOPE. None of that stuff works. (That is where the stuff I just listed is on). Hope this helped. I would also like to know if geek squad can repair those things. I tried contacting that online chat and it took them over 45 minutes to answer. :(

Nightmare to set up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There were NO directions, no website to get answers and no one answering 1-800 number two trips to Best Buy and geek squad couldn’t get wi-fi set up for almost 1 1/2 hours . I can’t imagine how many crying kids there were on Xmas morning that their brand new computer that wouldn’t work and had an administrator code blocking the download - never been so frustrated

good for a beginner

Great Looking Computer!

Great at first, then just slows down completely

Surprisingly it can play titles like Witcher 3, Skyrim and more, but only at the lowest settings. I’d say you could build your own budget pc for the same price and have a better system.
