    Purchased on 01/05/2019. Software issues with the screen going black when logging in. Could restart tower and it would work after 2-3 tries. Today, 02/06/2019, keyboard died. Tried using it in another computer, completely dead. Naturally, it could only be returned up until 02/04/2019, so now, on top of the software issues, which were annoying, but managable, I've got a dead keyboard. Great product. If you want to buy, make sure you have the protection plan so you can return it when it inevitably gives out on you.

    Not Worth the Money

    First - I bought this computer for graphics creation, the in-store salesman helped me with the purchase. One week later the price dropped $100+ dollars. It's noisy and the mouse crashes at least once a week. I am not impressed - esp. for the price I had to pay for it. Won't buy this brand again. Too, I have unsubscribed from Best Buy's emails but they continue to send them.

    I was given this as a Christmas Present (It was my first 'Gaming Pc') I had many problems with it as soon as I got it. Turns out all the drivers were messed up and had to be fixed along with around 10 or so updates (pretty standard stuff). I tried to play fortnite and on low settings my character would glitch across the ground while moving and lord forbid if saw another person building the game would crash. I also tried to play Black ops 4 and the game would not even load the gun in my characters hand. Turns out the graphics card was WAY outdated so I upgraded to a rtx 1050 ti. Things worked decently for a while then when I started playing some triple A titles I realized the processor is outdated and I did not have enough ram. I have practically given up on this and am now just going to build myself a new one using the 1050 ti I currently have. The main kicker is that it costed only a couple hundred more than this. I highly do not reccomend.

    This is my first gaming PC and it runs every game that I wanted it to. It runs on medium-high graphics, which u can upgrade the ram and other specs to achieve better. I play fort-nite, league of legends, Dota2, Rainbow 6 siege and other similar games. Even though I am new to the PC world this PC runs these games fine. The Keyboard is ok and mouse has a couple different DPI? settings, yes u cant change the color without changing the DPI?(not sure if thats what its called) but these are all things you can upgrade as well for 500 its not a bad starter Im not even hard lined in I still use the wifi adapter it came with. I haven't had a problem yet and I've been constantly gaming on this PC for 2 months now. I run league of legends (my most played game) on medium-high graphics at 90-150 fps with 20-60 ping. Remember if u have bad internet then it doesn't matter what type of comp u have everything is going to be slow.

    worked great at first, not anymore. graphics drivers not working and bluescreens or fuzzy screen almost every day. usb 3 and both headphone jacks not working within a month of use. tried to call warranty and they said they cant do anything. overall bad system and support.

    Bought one for Christmas. It looks cool but that's about it. Set it up and it went into a continuous power on/off cycle. Exchanged it, got the new one a week later and none of the ports work. The HDMI says "no signal" along with DVI and VGA. Mouse and kyboard do not light up. Ended up with countless time on hold with tech support, and a very disappointed 9 year old. Don't Buy.

    I bought it second week of July, already requires an upgraded graphics card. Graphics cards are several hundred dollars. When they sold it nothing was said about having to basically buy another computer. Needless to say this has ruined my sons 14th birthday present.

    Port A does not work?

    I received this PC for Christmas. Upon setting it up, there was a huge sticker on the back covering all the ports up that said TOP A DOES NOT WORK which prevents me from hooking a monitor into it. No one at Best Buy can seem to answer my questions. I’m just wondering if this might be refurbished. Also, the keyboard makes a loud noise every time I use it. Please help! Thank you.

      Thank you for reaching out to us.That is correct that the top ports will not work since it is the integrated graphics port. You will need to connect your monitor to the RX560 graphics card ports located under the audio ports on the rear of the PC. There will be DVI, HDMI, and DP ports.     A update came through now they want me to pay shipping to send it to cali, to put windows on it again . Best buy did thier best but the compy that makes the pc dont.

    Non tech savvy people put this together, it's ddr3 motherboard I was expecting a ddr4 at least, asked them to put my windows 10 on the ssd card instead of the hard drive but they wouldn't. The keyboard is super basic, I do like the mouse, if you want to upgrade this PC you will have to upgrade everything I would recommend just building your own honestly.

    Do not buy this computer

    This computer was great when I first got it, now it is trash. I just went to turn on this computer, as it is a daily driver that I got in late September, and this is November and all I did was web browse and didn't use it for 2 weeks in the middle of the time period I had it. The screen went black. Tried different output cables and different monitors, and the computer still won't work. Spend the extra to get a better computer.

    I Purchased this item as a good starter gaming pc to switch from xbox to pc to play fortnite. I could not reach a steady even 60 fps on lowest graphics settings. The processor used in this build is way underpowered for the 560 and I was experiencing sever bottleneckinf resulting in an all around unstable machine. If you are looking to purchase this pc, I would strongly consider building your own. For this price, you can build a pc of twice the performing power and even put your own design to it.
