I’ve had this pc for a month. The fan broke and computer overheats and shuts off. Constantly freezes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I bought this with the intention of using it as a streaming pc, all the equipment is extremely outdated and can't handle much.

It doesn't work, thank God I bought the warranty! Ive been busy so didn't try it right away so w/o warranty id be screwed!

I wanted a gaming computer for under $500 and this is what I bought. It is so far working just fine. The only problem I have is I can't get sound to connect to my Samsung TV. I don't know if its because it's an older tv or if there is a problem with the computer. The fans are a little on the loud side but it just means that nothing will overheat too easily. I like this model because it is easily upgradeable unlike some of the more expensive models.

Don't buy, cheap, doesn't work well. Cyberpower support is bogas and not customer friendly.

Machine arrived damaged and the power supply and video card were bad. Returned for a different PC

I've had this computer three months and it stopped working. Do not buy anything from cyberpower.

This computer is very slow. It takes forever to download games, not a great gaming computer.

Computer never worked correctly and honestly didn’t have the the time to address it.

First and foremost I didn't buy this computer to run the latest AAA gaming titles, and while I'm sure if I wanted to run those titles on this computer with modified settings I could, I just think that if that's the aim you might want to save up some more? That said I mainly use my computer for some light web browsing, streaming content [ ie. Netflix, hulu, Spotify.. ], and Photoshop. For webbrowing and streaming I haven't run into any issues. The computer runs smoothly and I haven't had any real issues. When it comes to having Photoshop open it doesn't run any better than it did on a lower spec'd laptop. Since I was already use to the program running a little slow before I'm not super upset that on my new machine I'm still having that same issue. Other than that the machine is fine. I wish that it didn't come packaged with a wifi dongle that came packaged with a CD that I didn't need. The rig doesn't have an optical drive and you don't need the CD for the drivers so it just felt like a waste. As far as I can tell the headphone jack is headphone only, and while there is a separate jack for a mic and I do have a usb mic, so it's not the end of the world, it just weird a bit. Maybe it's cheaper to produce it that way. The included peripherals work great, I haven't had any issues. My only real complaints are aesthetics, I don't see the purpose for the keyboard to have always on light up logos, they're white, the plastic covering it feels cheaper than the rest of the otherwise nice keyboard. The headphone button on the side can only pull up the default music player and for people that use iTunes that's probably great since you can set iTunes as the default, but as someone that uses Spotify it's just a button on the keyboard that I don't ever use. Even the internet shortcut key has been used a couple times. At the end of the day I'm happy with my purchase, and it's probably a safe purchase if all you plan to do is light productivity and titles like The Sims [ which so far has been smooth on my end ] it's a good guy, otherwise like I said earlier, might want to save some more.

I think that the negative reviews saying the computer is obsolete or failed after only a couple days working come from one of three kinds of people. One: You expected more than you paid for, the specs are on the box and they are truthful. Two: You are a fanboy of one type of processor or graphics card and are of the opinion that FPS matters to everyone who plays games on a computer. Three: your not very computer literate. For what my daughter needs, playing ROBLOX, Minecraft or other similar games it’s perfect. In my humble opinion, if your child wants a decent computer to get started playing games on a PC, this fits the bill. Also the RAM is upgradable to 32GB and the processor and GPU are upgradable as well. So when the time comes, you can set this up to play the more graphic intensive games. Just enjoy your PC and don’t get hung up on the numbers. This is a great, capable computer. Just my 2 cents.

Computer works well it runs easy on high settings and never have any issues with downloading, storage, or graphics do suggest after buying you purchase extra ram to add to the pc but all in all a perfect buy for getting into pc gaming

For an all-in-one gaming system that you don't have to build yourself, this is an excellent system. My wife opted for the version that didn't have the latest generation graphics card and it is absolutely perfect. I use this PC for several games, most notably WoW and I have to say the differences between running it on my old PC and on this one are night and day. The textures are finely rendered, there is virtually no slow down and lag, and even just things like looking at the water are a joy - it looks almost real! Performance has never been an issue as it has more than enough power to run this and just about any other game I play regularly, although I am looking forward to trying a new game with more demanding system requirements to see how it performs. :)

When I bought this Computer I didn't know much about gaming PC's and building them so I went with a prebuilt. We scourged for weeks until we found this for the excellent price of 560 USD. It is an amazing starting PC for anyone getting into PC gaming. I was able to run CSGO at 300 FPS with the highest Settings. Rainbow Six Siege at 100 FPS with High Settings and PUBG at 80 FPS with Medium Settings. If you attempt to build this for yourself the parts will come out to 500 dollars so the price is just right! Only issue I found was that the Hardrive was on the slow side and the components are pretty old. With not much room for upgrading, So if you want new components that are DDR4, your gonna have to buy a new Motherboard and switch out everything else. Apart from that, an excellent machine

I received this as a Xmas gift, and was able to get it up and running in no time. My first gaming machine, and I have only played a little bit so far, but seems to handle it all very well. I will be upgrading the RAM to 16gb very soon and I know then it will be even better!
