This is a great computer for those trying to have a great gaming experience on a budget. The value is amazing, and the keyboard and mouse are very usable.

It works so well for gaming on games like subnautica,csgo,and just games in general,great product and i just love it oh so much like it is my child.

Great entry level PC, runs quiet, with great rgb lighting. Slick modern looking tower, also comes with great feeling gaming keyboard, and cool rgb mouse.

Got a great price on this computer for my son for Christmas. It had great reviews. It worked great from Christmas Day until Feb 18, 2019...he used it for Farming Simulator and Fort Night primarily. However, on the 18th when he turned it on the Windows showed error on bootup. Every troubleshooting tip has failed. When the computer/windows tries to do it's own diagnostics, it just says "FAILURE". So now it's useless.

I think it was good considering its price, i think its rgb lights are good, and over all a great pc

Amazing unboxing experience. Lower end specs but can be expected from a $500 prebuilt! I have no issues with what I paid for.

Bought this PC for my daughter as we previously bought one for my son. Both are very happy to be able to battle online against each other.

Purchased this for my 8 year old son. It is a big step up from his Dell desktop. He loves it. Easy setup and great gaming experience.

It's a great starter for a gaming pc. The only complaint is that it does not have a drive for the restoration DVRs that came with it.

I bought this PC for my brother for Christmas since I bought the same one for myself not so long ago and he absolutely loves it.

I am very happy with the pc though the lighting in the picture not being in the actual product was disappointing.

I desperately needed a new computer but am on a tight budget and didn't have time to get one shipped to me, so I bought this one after doing some minimal homework based on the reviews. This was a mistake. I have had nothing but issues with this computer. It has crashed with a blue screen more times than I can count, and the errors I'm getting point to hardware issues, which will cost money to fix. Reviews on sites other than Best Buy highly suggest replacing the power supply ASAP because the one in it will fry the components, which costs more money. The motherboard is WAY outdated, to the point I'm wondering why it is even used in builds less than 3 years old. I've been having problems with the USB ports since I got it. I'm not even doing anything intensive like gaming on it, really, though I did get that for the option to play some games on it. Most of the time it is crashing when I'm just surfing the internet or, last night, not even sitting at it. I came back this morning to a blue screen. Really, for the price or just a little more, you can do so much better. Not happy, and I should have taken this thing back when I had the chance to do it. The one plus side is the case is really nice and I love all the colors. That's the only good thing.
